Started with 37 Super Foods and I have more energy for sure! I'm also noticing that I am craving healthier foods (which is not my norm) and want way fewer carbs. I started as a skeptic and am definitely a convert! Recommend this for sure. I'm going to try the beta glucan next. I will review it after I try it for a while.

I purchased Nurish Green Energy in the Passion Fruit Flavor and found that it was very sweet. Since they advertise NO ADDED SUGAR I couldn’t figure out how the mix with just water could be so sweet from just the fruits. It turns out on the ingredient list under OTHER ingredients they add stevia which is a type of sugar substitute. Wish I would of checked the ingredient list better. Plus unfortunately this is an item that you can not return.
