Our mission at My Healthy Beginning is to crack the difficult and complex health issues tainting your life. We handle the three main causes of illness and disease - physical, chemical, and emotional - serving clients both in-person and virtually. As our healthcare system crumbles, you and your loved ones continue to suffer from symptoms caused by toxins, food intolerances, and pathogens (virus, parasite, fungus, bacteria).
Michelle is a Nutritional Response Testing practitioner. Prior to this work, though active with a relatively healthy diet, she still felt something was missing. Her sister was on a program with us, saw amazing results, and experienced complete health shifts and she wanted in on that game! Michelle became a client and feels she saw more than 100% change in her health!
Holistic Practitioner, Clinical Master in Nutrition Response Testing, PSYCH-K Facilitator, Author. At the age of 19, after years of physical pain and mental anguish, I felt nothing would change about my health. I was always sick and over-prescribed, and my emotional well being was undernourished. I wasn't heard, fully supported, or improving.
Shaina Towler is a DONA International certified birth doula, trained postpartum doula, provisional Bradley Natural Childbirth educator, and PSYCH-K facilitator. Shaina has been doing birth work since 2015, after learning about the extreme value of doulas and childbirth education through her own pregnancy with her own son, who was born in 2013.
Consider, for a moment, the amount of chemical, metal, and environmental toxicity we were born with, breathe in, eat, and otherwise take in on a daily basis. Our bodies are stressed! But the good news is your body is designed to heal itself. It just needs to be supported in the right way. My Healthy Beginnings is an absolutely amazing place to get your life back!! Or get more balance into a life that you already have been mindful of!!
I started seeing Nichi about a year and a half ago. I knew I was ready for big changes to be made in my body and my life...I was sick AND tired, of being sick AND tired!! I had Crohn's Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Acid Reflux, my hair was falling out, Dry Eye Syndrome, and I couldn't sleep!!!

I have so much more energy after starting nutrition response testing. I started when I was pregnant because I signed up for doula services with Manna and Shaina. I had a successful VBAC. Since my son was born me and my whole family have continued nutrition response testing and we continue to be amazed at how Nichi and her team can uncover the root cause of our physical issues. I was skeptical at first but now I am a true believer and I continue to be amazed at each visit! It’s worth the investment in your health.

When my thyroid went out of balance, I put on a significant amount of weight quickly, and was tired ALL of the time. My doctor said that based on the tests she gave me, I needed to be on thyroid and adrenal fatigue medication for LIFE. Instead of filling the prescription, I came to see Nichole.
