Stressing because I'm thinking I'm going to pay a lot to fix it and spend over an hour at a shop. But the shops Service Advisor. Patricio(Pat), took care of it for me in 15 minutes and I would of gladly paid double for what he charged me! Great shop and great people! I highly recommend them!. My alternator started giving me issues on Saturday night and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find a mechanic to fix it.

Fast and honest! I went here for a routine oil change and was told that both of my front cv axles were broken, and was quoted $560 plus taxes. Other places i had gone had quoted me anywhere from $1000 to $3000 to have the same issue repaired! I realize that most of the cost was labor, but there is no way I would have been able to do it on my own, so paying for the labor charges was something I was prepared to do.
The other places obviously WAY over charged on the quotes!

I appreciated the honesty and fair prices at Shift. Shop is clean and everyone working there is polite. Oil change price and timeliness was the best I could find both before and especially during Covid. I asked about replacing the air filter and he said to save my money and do it myself. So I did, for $10, and it was simple. I appreciate mechanics who aren't trying to find reasons to make the bill higher!

I brought my 1994 Ford bronco in to Shift Auto. I have use them years ago and was very happy. This time was different. My transmission was shifting hard so I wanted to have it serviced. I knew that it could be more than just that. I was told that my transmission was shot and I needed a brand new one. $6000. That's crazy money. I asked about a rebuild. I was told that it was not recommended. I should get a new transmission. I had them service it anyway. A new filter and fluid. Scammers. I called and was told to bring my vehicle in and they would do a diagnosis test with my oil change for free. Once I arrived 20 minutes later, manager changed his mind about that. I was disappointed but understanding. Got my oil changed and the manager tried to scam me by saying my vehicle had a lot of oil leaks. Why didnt you tell me this before you change my oil? And why not at least take 2 or 3 minutes and show the customer? I normally go to Jiffy Lubes, there could have been 7 people in the waiting room and they still take the time to explain and show you. I just want to say that Tyler has the best customer service, I came in for a change on my spare tire because a nail had stuck, in explaining my financial situation and with no hesitation he helped me in getting my tire patched at no extra cost. If I could give this place a zero I would. The most amazing guy named Patricio left and started his own shop. Now there is a young arrogant kid who charges an arm and a leg and doesn't even fix the issue you want fixed. Brought my car in for an error code. They said I needed a new battery. They charged $360 to replace the battery (something I can do myself) a week later the same error came up. I took it back, He said I don't know, take it to the dealership. Took it in and it was a look connection, super simple fix and it didn't even need a new battery. Lame. Go somewhere else where

Oil changes have become more expensive than I remember! We looked for coupons and called around before deciding on Shift. My car cost $30 to service.
Pat was a great communicator. He gave me an accurate time quote and called me when my car was ready for pick up.
I also like this location. There's Einstein Bagels, McDonald's, Starbucks, Rubio's, Vons, Wal-Mart, a Dollar Tree and nail salons within walking distance to keep you occupied while you wait.

I can't thank these guys enough! They helped us with our dealer overfilling our oil, the day before Labor Day weekend! We had to cancel our plans on Saturday, and these guys were the one of the few shops open.
The guy on the counter seems a bit cold at first but there are people who are just like that, and he still showed great customer service.
It was a bit of a wait because they are a relatively smaller shop and with the holiday weekend closures, more folks were going to them. But when it was our turn, they were on point. They quickly found the issue, even showed us proof. After they helped

First of all I never write reviews just because of the time consumption. But after taking my 2006 BMW 330i to Shift Auto I felt the need to share my experience. My car literally shut down on me while driving. (Not a pleasant experience) I took my car to my usual mechanic. For the first time my mechanic told me that he wasn't able to fix my car and that I would have to take it to a dealer or specialist. Pat is excellent and service here is unlike any other auto shop. My husband brought his vehicle here and Pat went above and beyond fixing one issue and trying like hell to figure out the other with a faulty airbag light. The entire time he was great at communicating each step of the way.
