I've been coming to Bell Rd Automotive for years and I highly recommend this place. I have to admit that we recently took our car there to be diagnosed but wanted our dealership to do the work.
They diagnosed it for us and we made an appt to get it done at our dealer which isn't too far away.
Hubby shows up for the appointment at dealer and we are told they will need our vehicle for 3 days! That's just a estimate of when they can get to it to diagnose the problem! Seriously!
Took the car home and called back Bell Auto and had the repairs done in ONE day!

Within a few weeks the check engine light went back on. I was told I'd be charged 80-160 just to look at it.... Again. Chances are it's not related to what they initially worked on. This is why I don't trust shops. They didn't seem too concerned after they just worked on my truck for almost 2 weeks. The bill says over 4700 and they don't even have the decency to cut me a break on taking a look at my vehicle when it could be an easy fix potentially. That's not good customer service. Thanks for getting me through emissions.

This place did a good job with minor changes to my car and was fairly expedient, albeit a little expensive. They sent me a coupon in the mail for 10% off friend/family so I gave it to my dad, and they just never gave him the discount even though he brought the flyer when dropping off his car and told them about it over the phone when making the appointment. Although he didn't remind them a third time, its a little unprofessional to need to be reminded a 3rd time.

So I brought my Mazda protege here because it didn’t start at the gas pump. The towing service was cheap but I guess that so they could gouge me for the price of looking at my car for maybe thirty minuets. I was quoted nine hundred and seven dollars to change my fuel pump. Which takes less than hour to replace and can be done with nothing but a screw driver. I know because I’ve done it myself. Not only did they try to charge me seven hundred dollars in labor they stripped all eight of the screws holding my fuel pump assembly in place upon my request to get my car towed from their shop. The

Look I’m gonna give it to you straight these people are real deal they’re from the East Coast there’s no baloney with them so they’re not going to hide anything to try to make an extra buck off for you in fact they are so welcoming and inviting. I loved being able to talk with the owners wife and seeing them work together as a team you don’t see a lot of that in today’s culture anymore and I really really enjoyed seeing husband and wife working together

We trusted this company to work on our car after having a bad experience with another auto shop. After spending $8K with them and given a 3yr warranty on the work we continued to have the same problem. We took it back within the same week thinking that they would fix it under warranty only to be told that they will cover the labor but that we would need to pay an additional $700-$1000 for additional parts! So, at this point we decided to research the amount they were quoting us before paying more. We were able to find these parts between $350-400 so we asked them if we could purchase the parts

This place was fast, and efficient. Rainette dropped me off at home while I waited for the repairs, and picked me up. Very nice person to talk to, and I'm very appreciative of the service all together. The only negative, was that I was told I would get a call detailing what the issue was, and I never got that call, but overall, I would take my vehicle back to them. Thank you Andy, and Rainette.

I've used Bell Road Auto for several years now and have always had a good experience with them. They do an excellent job for a medium price. I've never had another problem with anything they've worked on. I will continue to use them for both my car and my truck. I've never had anyone pay such great attention to detail. They know what they're doing and as long as they keep it up they've got a customer in me.

,I didn't want to add a negative review, but in light of my friends recent experience I felt it necessary. Check engine light, $2000 later,no answer and an estimate of $1000 more to figure it out. I picked up my car and went to choice Auto in Tempe. They fixed it for $119. Will not ever trust this place, even though they are nice

They're ONE OF THE BEST! My husband and I just starting out are having a heck of a time with our vehicle. Been to other auto shops and have had horrible service and put our car in worse shape, until I brought my car in to bell road automotive. The things that need to be fixed get done properly and in a timely manner. They COMMUNICATE with you each step of the way! They support halo pets, and sell avon on the side. It's a one stop shop! If you value your time and vehicle you should bring it to them!

Being a first time car owner, mechanics were often a very scary thought for me, but my experiences with Andy and Rainette have been nothing but perfect. I used to bring my car to Midway, but I found out that prices vs service have gone downhill.
After reading about Bell Automotive. I decided to try them.
They completed the service, much surprised at the small bill. They were courteous, and service excellent.

I was having some problems with my truck and didn't know what to do. Emissions failed and I was informed of a program to help with cost. I have a mechanic that I trust but he wasn't on the list for the program. Bell Road Automotive was. Short run, I had to deal with some very real (expensive issues) and the team there was absolutely nothing but supportive. I was also given an unexpected pleasant ride back to my vehicle as well as a passed emissions test. Basically, I my **** was taken care of beyond thoroughly.

This is in reference to MATT S. Review , I am the girlfriend who's car this is about. 1ST of all , I have never ever spoke with this woman nor her husband . As I no NOTHING about cars and my boyfriend does so obviously I let him handle it. MATT found this shop , he called the shop , he set the appointment .. With Dealerships claiming to deliver "Quality", and charging an arm and a leg, its hard to find an honest shop that delivers quality workmanship, and at an affordable price. Was new in town and went to a couple of different places. They all seemed either run down or were hasty and rude. Then I came to bell road and it was such a different experience. Andre and Randy were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain details of my invoice and what repairs were done (AC needed checking out and muffler needs repair). I got a complimentary ride back to my home with Randy's lovely wife who talked to me about the neighborhood and made me feel right at home. These guys are my mechanics from here on out and I'm blessed that I found them. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Andy and Reinette for years when it comes to my car! They have helped me with the big ticket items as well as with my new cars with oil changes and tires! They have always been honest and tried to get me the best price possible and never tried to take advantage. I always trust them with my cars and send all my family and friends they have never steered me wrong! After getting a quote from another place around the corner for almost $2000. I took it in and he told me all I needed to fix was my wheel bearing. I asked him to also look at another issue I had had since then. which turned out to be an oil sensor the total bill was $530 they were honest upfront and did the work in a day. not only that they went to Discount Tire to get the tire key because I didn't have one. And pick me up from home to come get my car.

Oh where do I start? I was driving up to Phoenix from Tucson (job relocation) and as soon as I hit the 17 my car started making an awful noise. Well I safely got to my destination and deemed my car unsafe to drive. I immediately yelped a close-by repair shop and found this gem. I called and spoke with the owner's wife (her name escapes me) and she was ever so welcoming and friendly. It was a Friday afternoon and she still told me I was welcome to bring my car on in to get it checked out.

After driving from San Diego, California to Phoenix, Arizona. I went here needing an overdue oil change and to get my tires checked. The owners were a nice couple who moved to Arizona from Rhode Island. The husband does all the work on the cars and his wife takes care of the customers in front. A very cool down to earth couple. They are great.
I noticed that the wife also sells Avon products. She had a little room displaying her items for sale. When I was there women were coming in for their Avon needs. I thought it was cool. Didn't seem to interrupt the car repair part of the business
