STAY AWAY....STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! Worst business with which I have ever dealt (no exaggeration), and the manager needs serious coaching as to how to deal with his own employees and certainly with his customers. Took my 2020 Mercedes in to repair a window that was shattered due to a break in. Upon going to pickup the car this morning, part of the work I paid for was to have the shattered glass fully cleaned out of my vehicle, as the glass had sprayed all over the back and front seats when the intruder shattered the rear passenger window. Someone hit my car from behind and I took it to this body shop. Upon arrival , I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Nick. Nick was very friendly, courteous, professional and made me feel very welcome. He phoned when he said he would and my car was actually ready before the scheduled completion date. Nick actually went beyond the "call of duty" for me. We need more people like him in these tumultuous times!!!!!! Thank you again "Collision Craft" and the "handsome " young man named Nick.

My car got keyed and this was the shop my insurance company sent me to. They were so nice and did a great job on the repair. A few days after I got my car back there was a big scratch on the part they had just repainted. I was so angry that it had happened again and stopped by the shop to see what they recommend I do to fix it. Nick was so nice and buffed out most of it and used some of the leftover paint from the previous repair to try to make it less noticeable. He really went above and beyond. I’d recommend this place to anyone. They do quality work with top notch customer service.

Took my car here after somebody side-swiped my car and drove off. Geico told me to go here, so I did. Friendly staff, convenient location, quick check in, all good.
Unfortunately, they were never able to match the paint on my car. I pointed it out to them, they offered to redo it, they did, it still didn't match. They did it again. Didn't match. Frustrated, I left, figuring this was the best they could do. On a cloudy day I can really see the difference, but, they were not coming any closer to getting it right.

Their staff has been super amazing to me! Someone rear-ended my car and Geico referred me to them. From their car rental service to picking up a freshly repaired car, the process was so smooth and easy. I forgot to give them a Yelp review but because of my SECOND visit, I have to give them 5 stars. It was trash day and I took out my passenger mirror driving down a cramped street. They gave me a very fair quote and as soon as I agreed to have them take care of my car, they ordered the part, painted it, and slapped it right back on. So happy and grateful for their service! This is my 3rd time using Collision Craft - I had read-ended someone and the damage to my BMW was pretty bad, so I went through insurance to have to repaired. You would NEVER know I had had an accident - they replaced the hood and grill and even touched up some paint scratches that were unrelated. Nick was great - professional, friendly and got the job done within 4 business days.

The customer service of Collision Craft was good and the car looked good when I picked it up but two weeks later I was driving my recently fixed up car (after a bad crash) and the wheel started shaking, I took it to another trusted location and they said that none of the items were installed properly and they had used bad parts and they told me that I shouldn't even be driving the car in the state it was in. This lead to another go around with insurance / rental car, etc. Bummed about this experience.

Was directed to go here through my car insurance. Not only did they drain my car battery, but they installed my windshield wipers backwards (causing them to hit in the middle of the windshield and get stuck there, which makes driving in the rain a complete safety issue). They never tested it after the repairs. In speaking with my dealership, it was a very careless mistake that they have never seen. Would strongly urge you to avoid this company.

Low balled the repair of my damaged bumper. When I questioned why on the internet any bumper repair starts at 950-1500. The claims person claimed she knew what she was doing and my damage was minimal! I took the low ball check and now I will take it to another shop and submit their accurate quote to GEICO!
Moral: very unethical don't believe these reviews.

This place is Awesome! Nick was so helpful. He had just come back from Vacation and was left in the office alone and promised that I would get my car back that day and he Delivered! This place fixed my front end in just a few days, I was expecting much longer because my car is bright orange. My car looked amazing when they were finished with it and the inside was super clean. You will not be disappointed if you take your car here.

I had a TERRIBLE experience here getting my bumper repaired from being rear-ended.
For starters - they quoted me way to high (3x higher than competitors). However, I had them price match the lowest out of 3 quotes total. I really wanted to get my repair done somewhere close to home but also wanted a fair price given the person who hit me was paying out of pocket.
They told me in person that they were replacing my bumper, however, when I went to pick up my vehicle they had only buffed out the paint from the other car and repaired the dent. They did not replace the bumper as promised.

Big shout out to the guys at Collision Craft. Had my car fixed in 2 days and even offered to do some touch up paint work in areas unrelated to the accident.
Even offered to return my rental car to Hertz for me.
Definitely appreciate their ability to take a bad experience (car accident, repairs, dealing wth insurance company) and turn it into an absolute positive. Recommend their work for sure!

Finding a body shop is never a fun experience. It usually means you've been in an accident. It's always helpful to know a good shop to go to in times like these. My car was recently hit while parked and had a good amount of damage done to the front half of my car.
I found Collision Craft and went to get an estimate on a Monday. I met with Tom and it didn't take longer than 15 minutes to get an estimate, set up an appointment for the next day, and to connect him with my insurance. My car got rear-ended and I was referred here by my insurance company. There were a few hiccups in the repair process but I didn't even mind because I was constantly being updated by Isaiah. Picked it up today and my jeep looks great - even better than before. The guys there are nice and professional, I definitely recommend them!

They were super friendly, efficient, and made me feel less frazzled about everything. I joked with one of the guys that they should consider becoming therapists.
They had the rental car waiting for me and it was really painless. In such a large city with some many sketchy places, this place is definitely legit. They had the estimate ready for me by the end of the day (came in the afternoon) and were very clear with me about the work that needed to be done, timeline

Good quality, quick and very friendly shop. They went an extra mile to make things right and were able to fix my car quickly. However, there are visible sending paper scratches on my front bumper and the paint color looks different (it has red hue to it, making it purple and not blue) in direct sun.
