Our $69 single family home management fee and 8% multi unit management fee is designed to improve your profits and cash flow.
Premiere practices property management in Missouri and Kansas. We are licensed with the Missouri Real Estate Commision to practice property management in Missouri. Kansas does not require such registration. You will be assigned a portfolio manager in which you can engage in direct communication for after hours needs.

This company is one of the least professional entities I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They promised our basement was a dry basement. Upon moving in we learned it leaks every single time it rains. 4329 Sterling Ave, Kansas City, MO, 64133.
They are never available to talk to during "regular business hours". I have never had a conversation with them in which I felt my issues were properly addressed. Half of the electrical outlets in the house don't work and have not worked even after several "attempts" by unqualified "handyman" types.

Moved in and within 2 days had major plumbing issues. Took them 3 weeks to resolve that issue.. the head guy named Nick seems to not have any interest in speaking to us seeing as he had ducked multiple call attempts that he himself scheduled. Any time we call now we are hung up on! Most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SECURITY IN A STABLE PLACE TO STAY. Very unprofessional company that works with a vindictive nature. Despite making monthly rent payments all throughout the COVID pandemic their property lacked maintenance. After Premier Property was notified of the request for repair the property company increased the property monthly rent by 300.00 then refused to renew the tenants rental lease without cause. As a result the tenant was forced to move within thirty days of the holiday season after over five years of tenancy.

We have been through 3 different property managers before finding Premiere Property. None of them came close to Premiere Property. Nick and Ryan (and Scott before that) are very responsive and handle matters like their own. They go above and beyond, dealing with tenant issues and showings when we are trying to sell a property. Most recently, when we get a city citation due to tenants' neglect, they did all the property walk, inspections, work with the tenants and city inspector to address the citations, and attend the hearing. The result is everything gets taken care of without us having to worry
