Any criminal record activity that could be deemed harmful or threatening to the current health and safety of an individual, the rental property, neighborhood, or property of others may be grounds for denial. Non-approved applications will be held on file for 90 days and can be transferred to a different property for free until approval is reached and a deposit is received.

You can enter properties yourself anytime between 8 am - 8 pm every single day!
Our monthly management fee ranges between 7 to 10%, depending on the number of units being managed. Access to Appfolio for tenants and clients for ACH processing, reporting, and maintenance requests. Management of standard tenant maintenance requests and the approval process with the client on items costing more than $350.

Low quality rental that was nothing like what was shown online. Multiple issues upon move in (backed up garage drain, back door was pieced together after what looked like someone kicked it in) with VERY slow response for any maintenance. Had to call maintenance back when they installed a garbage disposal wrong. Upon move out, after cleaning for days on end until 2-3 in the morning, they gave none if the deposit back (no surprise honestly) and the reason they gave was because they had to "repaint" walls. I entered the property 2 weeks after moving out and NOT A SINGLE FREAKING WALL WAS PAINTED!

Walt with maintenance is fantastic. He was punctual and even came after hours. He wasn’t able to completely fix the problem right away but put in a temp fix and came back Monday morning promptly as he said he would. He’s honest and does a great job. 10/10 would recommend!

Worst company EVER! Not reasonable, sensitive, nor professional!
We’re currently still living at this property and it’s a complete disaster! Want to get out of my lease asap. First day we moved in there was a problem with pest everywhere in the house. Mind you, I didn’t see any of this until the day I moved in. Literally couldn’t move in that day because they had to call a exterminator which took a couple days to do so which I was definitely upset about that. Worst company I’ve ever rented from, I don’t even know where to start. 1st day we moved in, we finished up getting everything in the house I tried to shut the garage door and it complete detached from wall and ceiling. I called them to have them come fix it that night but they told me it wasn’t an emergency, long story short I paid a family member to come fix it.

Management is so poor. First if you’re set up for automatic withdraws they will withdraw 2 months rent $2000+ Than blame you for it and refuse to refund and “Will just apply it to next months rent.”
If you have a field mice infestation they’ll sent an exterminator to VERIFY NOT EXTERMINATE OR help with prevention, instead, just send the maintenance man to set a trap. Have killed 9+ mice with 5+ work orders and nothing. Put in a maintenance request and was called right after 9am when they opened. Walt and Phil (my memory is poor so hopefully that is right) took the time to let me know what was going on every step of the way and what to watch out for. They also took the time to clean up after and answer any questions we had and look at anything else we needes them too. They both incredibly nice and funny. 10/10 hope they come back for anything if we ever need them.
