We have over 20 years of property management experience and have managed many properties from Kansas City, Kansas, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Merriam, Shawnee, Roeland Park, Mission, Olathe and Lenexa in Kansas and properties in Kansas City, Missouri such as Westport, Plaza, Midtown and Independence.
Complete a thorough application and screening process and provide owner with report to review. We will provide the highest level of service to you as well as your tenants, with attention to detail and professional commitment. Because of this, your tenants work with us to ensure rent is paid and your property is properly maintained.
Insurance - We require you to maintain "Owner, landlord and tenant" insurance. This coverage will protect you, the resident and us against a wide range of losses caused by unintentional hazard or unsafe conditions on your property. Your insurance company should have all this information. Lease Renewals - When the current lease is due to expire, we re-evaluate the value of the property and negotiate a lease renewal with the tenant.
There is a $50.00 application fee for each applicant which must be paid before we will process the application. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reliable documentation and telephone numbers for all income sources must be provided. Employment will be verified on all applicants. If self-employed, you will need to supply the last 2 years income tax returns as verification.
