We are a family-owned auto repair shop located on West Windmill LN, Las Vegas. We have been providing an array of automotive services to our local community for decades. Whether you want your tires replaced or engine repaired, we will make sure your vehicle performs at its peak within no time. Our staff comprises of honest ASE certified mechanics and specialized technicians who are well-versed in their craft.
Went in there to get brakes done and have a check engine light looked into. Brakes were done quickly and work great. Check engine light came back as emissions problems just before the thing was to be registered. Mike and the team went to work for days surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday to check every valve and line and help me out.
A minor repair like a bumper replacement or oil change takes less time and is sure to be completed on the same day. However, labor-intensive maintenance, such as engine overhauls, take us at least three days. In situations like these, you will be informed beforehand and provided with a ride back home.

I brought my truck in for a second opinion for smog repair. It was on a Wednesday about 11:00am. I was greeted by Ardi who was friendly and courteous. He was receptive to my situation. He scheduled a diagnostic. I received a call from Ardi at about 3:00pm with the estimate. I go to the shop and receive an itemized estimate for repair. I approve. The estimated completion was for Saturday or Monday. The job was completed on Friday. As expected, disagreements arise regarding costs for repair. I requested a quote for a vehicle Inspection since I stay like 5 min away from there & it's convenient for me so I can start driving agaon for Uber. One of there associates trying to charge me $100 for that. Get the f... out of here with that price, str8 rip off. I called other places & they only charge 20$. So beware of this places, they will try to rip you off if you do not know anything about cars.

My truck died (burned out alternator). Had it towed to MVR as its close to my house and had good reviews.
They were outstanding. Diagnosed the problem, communicated in writing and didn't try to charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I'm sure if I had shopped around I could have found the fix a few bucks (literally just a few) cheaper but wouldn't have been worth the hassle (and tow fees lol)
They fixed my truck within 24 hours (on a weekend). Great communication, honest diagnosis and a fair price. I really don't think you could ask for more. Nice job, guys!

Mercedes smog failed because of battery reset.
I came in 30mins before the shop was about to close & was still received with excellent customer service. After failing my smog I was advised with ample details on my options moving forward. Definitely very pleased with my first time experience with this shop and Ardi was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this shop

They have really great customer service. I was driving and something was scraping the ground so I stopped here, the staff was knowledgeable. The guys in the office are straight forward. If they didn’t know the answer, they weren’t afraid to be honest with me and found the answer promptly. Also Mvr auto is very reasonable with the prices they offer along with the amazing quality work. Good job! Great experience. I would definitely return back for my next service!

Tire blew no further than a mile from my house. I came here and spoke to the manager Ardi, he priced me out for a new one but also was very honest that they didn’t stock them so his prices were a bit higher than a tire shops. I appreciate him even mentioning where I can get them cheaper. A lot of shops in Las Vegas would have just taken my money. Thank you

Had another shop look at her and another shop for a new engine wants to charge me $3000. Still wow but not 7888 for a rebuilt one. MVR they are straught up thieves. What happen to goos auto shops. Wow. I looked up a new engine and a certified toyota tacoma 2.4 liter cost $1200 new. Guess ill be playi g mechanic next weekend.

I was driving back to California and My truck started heating up. No water in my radiator, stopped at MVR to have them check the reason.
I explained that I needed to drive back home and agreed to pay for them to diagnose the problem, once they checked the radiator the only problem was a seal in the radiator cap.
The owner did not charge me and told me all I had to do is buy one at the auto part store.
They could have charged me for the agreed price or even tell me I needed something more. I would have had to pay for the services.

Didn't end up getting my car fixed at the shop because I found out my car is still under warranty for the part I needed to get fixed. I probably wouldn't go back here because they are extremely overpriced. I took their diagnostic result and matched it with Japanese Car Service and they wanted around $400-500 more. I suggest shopping around before taking your car in. It's $100 for them to just look at your car. Ridiculous if you ask me.

My car limped into this garage because the Honda service center over filled my oil. Oil all in my engine. Coils had to be replaced, plugs, etc. I could've blown the engine because some oil almost got to the exhaust.
These guys brought my vehicle back to life and got me back on the road ASAP!

This is a shop where you will be haggling using typical repair shop tactics and they will claim they are doing you a favor. Be sure to look up the average cost ahead of time on a site like repairpal so you have a point of reference. They initially quoted me at $2900 but came down to $2500 and the $2250 in the end, but surprised us with a 4% credit card fee when we came in to pay.
My advice is to be well educated before working with this shop or find somewhere less predatory.

They don't take reservations for car repairs however they do reservations for for oil changes. Makes sense right?
I took my vehicle to get my brakes and an oil change done a few months back. $675 later here we are and brakes are squeaking even after I took it back last month to fix the original squeaking. They want me to drop my car off with no estimated time to be completed in order to fix their original mistake.
Customer service sucks and quality of service is elementry.

Because I spent so much on my very first visit the gave me a bunch of discounts and I didn't even ask. I am always willing to pay a little more and be a loyal customer when I treated kindly with respect and honesty.
