My Buick was leaking oil pretty bad. They replaced oil pan gasket, drain plug and did oil change. The Buick is my road car. I was working in Vegas. I wanted to find a good shop. The “Car Talk” website recommended Bob’s. They were honest and up front about the cost. I felt it was a reasonable price. They got the job done and I’m back on the road. I checked under the car. I just moved here from Georgia where it took me 20 years to find an Honest, reliable, and fair priced mechanic. I checked online and read the other reviews for Bob's Autodynamics. I was very pleased with what I read so I decided to give them a Try. Before I left Maryland where I was staying temporarily I received a quote for replacing the Power Steering Pump. Their quote was $1004 along with a laundry list of multiple other unnecessary repairs to the tune of $4200. I went to Bob's and explained the situation. Out of spite... Ran my car out of gas, killed my new battery (the car would barely turn over when I picked it up), and left dirty hand marks all over the hood of my car. Bob is a spiteful man and he gave me the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop! Not only did Bob charge more than the Cadillac dealership to replace my rack and pinion, but the part also became faulty, and had to bring it back under warranty to attempt to get ripped off again. Bob's Autodynamics repaired leaky freeze plugs on my 1998 Ram 1500 pickup. They gave me an accurate quote for repairs. Kept me updated on the progress. Completed the job quickly and under budget. I had my vehicle towed there on a Monday, and it sat there until that Wednesday, after which a lady who called herself "Sheryl" phoned me and told me that my vehicle was not there, and that it was at Aamco Transmissions instead. Clear fraud alert plus bait and switch tactics. Diagnosed my brakes to have only 5% left, took my car to other reputable mechanic who put in writing the brakes had "a lot of life left at 75%". For another repair on my vehicle, I was quoted around $400 by phone, then after I took my car to Bob's Autodynamics same repair jumped to more than double that amount. After declining the repair, I was forced to pay over $100 in diagnostic fee.

Great service. We got an online copy of a report about our beloved 2013 F150 showing photos of all the brake cracks and rotor damage. They replaced the front brakes and rotors really quickly (same day within a few hours) and gave the car a once over. Price for all that was $510, which is super cheap considering we got quotes from other places for $700 for the same brake work. Would absolutely go back.

My boyfriend and I went in to get an alignment done on our car. They did that and also found out more problems that were wrong and explained everything. Bob even recommended a shop that will help. He has great prices and the employees there are absolutely amazing so friendly. They make you feel so welcome and happy. They even send out notifications about the car. I've been coming to Bob for 10 years with three different cars. My mom has been coming to him for 20 years. Very trustworthy and reasonably priced. I don't let anyone touch my cars other than him. He's honest and will let you know when you have some time before you absolutely have to get things replaced, instead of saying you have to spend a lot or fix 8 things at once. Everyone that works here is awesome, friendly and attentive. They're always patient with the millions of questions I ask due to not being a car person. Will continue coming here forever!

This is my go to honest trustworthy mechanic. Best in Vegas. I'm an old school mechanic myself but I don't have the time to service my vehicles. This place ripped me off exclusively. I came for a simple problem and they turned it into several more. Kept my car overnight for 4 nights the first time and had me convinced that there was serious damage. I was convinced at that point that he was a decent mechanic so came back a month later when MORE problems arose after he said he took care of everything. I have been taking my cars to Bob since I was 19 years old. Recently my power steering pump went out. He replaced it. I paid. It broke again. He fixed it again. It broke a third time and he just replaced the part again for NO CHARGE, honoring his warrantee with integrity. So grateful! Hoping to get another 5-10 years out of this old girl!!

Favorite autoshop in the Vegas valley! Years ago, I had an extremely bad experience with a Vegas dealership, and after doing extensive research, I booked an appointment at Bob's! They treated me (and my car )like family and welcomed every question I had (and I had a lot)! They charge about two thirds of the price the dealers charge for replacement parts, and I have always been happy with the final product.
