I brought my car in for a diagnostic (paid $70) and explained what I was hearing (a rattling sound). They examined the car (so they claim) and told me it would cost $1000+ to have it repaired. I went ahead and paid to have the car fixed. As soon as I drove off it was making the exact same rattling sound. I took my car back and had the mechanic ride with me to prove the car was still making the same exact rattling noise I had just paid $1000 to have fixed. He tells me the repair he made was for this other noise which was a screeching/ cracking sound. My car has never made a screeching/ cracking

My wife's Volvo needed an oil change and a check on the transmission and brakes. The technician was able to re-create the issue with the transmission and rather than recommend a transmission overhaul he was able to have the Volvo relearn. Problem solved! They checked her brakes and they were fine. We are accustomed to others jumping to recommend major repairs rather than taking the time to solve the underlying problem.The expense was minimal and as always, they were genuinely courteous. They are the gold standard for their industry!

Great place. Have been going there close to three years. They are with you every step of the way, with your car needs. They are by far cheaper than BMW . Have warrantied their work on a couple of occasions with no questions asked or hesitancy. Last week my sons car broke down late at night.

I've been taking my cars here for quite a few years now. Aside from great customer service, I feel EMC has always been honest with me and explained what repairs are actually required plus what's recommended while taking time to answer my questions. They've also taken great care to only do work that is actually required without add-ons in order to offer the most economical fix possible. This is really important when you're chasing something like an engine light that suddenly pops on for no apparent reason. Nobody enjoys bringing their car in for service but at least I know my car is in good hands

Let's just say this, my car has been with these people four FOUR WEEKS on a job that when given my estimate was said to be done in one week. Between them calling everyday on the third week and saying each day it would be done at this time and calling only an hour before to say they've ran into another problem just when I thought I'd be done and ready to never come back here again . Mind you I've paid these people 3400 on this one job alone. My car reverse camera doesn't work. The paint for a fender piece isn't color matched correctly.

I needed my spark plugs replaced for my Mercedes, and decided to come here. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and my car is driving wonderfully! Would not recommend based on my experience. My MINI Cooper was losing coolant quickly and thus overheating about 1x week. European motor cars changed my water pump claiming it would fix it, but it didn't. I kept having to add coolant everyday so it wouldn't overheat. A friend mechanic told me there was coolant in my oil and I took it back to European motor cars twice and they couldn't find anything and then lied to me about even looking at the car and test driving it (I'll spare you the details).
