Professional from beginning to end. My car had a leak and needed a new water pump. I would do this work myself but I'm not familiar with timing as the timing belt also needed to be replaced with the new water pump. They found other issues that were aligned with symptoms that I was experiencing and I had them fix those issues as well. My 220k mile car is running better, and no more leaks.

They will tell you about a free diagnosis over the phone, put a battery in your car and try to start it, tell you the car won't start, take the battery back out, and charge you over $60 to do so. If that's your cup of tea, by all means go ahead. I know management will respond and make themselves look like saints knowing there will be no way to publicly reply to their response giving the false indication that I am fine with whatever they are going to say, but oh well. Here is my honest review for you to use how you like. I'd tell you to go somewhere else.

AC compressor failed and called a few places to get some estimates and this was the best option,. Spoke with Victor and he was straight to the point with me didn't BS. Not only was he honest but had phenomenal customer service the whole time and I felt cared for. My car means the world to me and I'm happy I found an honest shop that cares for my car like I do. This is my shop for life now.

Once again, Affordable does an amazing job! I needed a power steering flush for my car, and I could swear up and down that I had seen a document from a previous check that my rear brakes were in need of maintenance. (I couldn’t tell you where I got it, as now I can’t find the thing! I think it was from another repair at another place. It was odd as no one had talked to me about it!) The guys at Affordable checked them out, no problem, and it turns out they’re totally fine! Yay! Thanks again for the wonderful service, quick work, and for keeping my car tuned up and safe!
