Hoboken Pilates' mission is to help the student discover their proper alignment and to strengthen the core and its surrounding musculature. Pilates is ideal for anyone striving to improve their posture and to alleviate chronic pain and discomfort. One of the positive side-effects of the pilates method is a stronger, leaner physique.

The studio caters to a wide range of clients including postpartum and other special populations. Beyond physical well-being, the long-term goal of Hoboken Pilates is to provide the knowledge of anatomy to the client so he/she can make educated choices, not just in fitness, but throughout life. The end result is an individual who moves with confidence, efficiency, and grace.

PLEASE NOTE: Summer hours: Closed Saturday and Sunday - Memorial Day through September. BOOKING: All sessions are by appointment only. You can make appointments by phone (201-365-8866) or e-mail. CANCELLATIONS: As a courtesy to other clients, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel a session, please e-mail, call or text (201) 365-8866 at least 24 hours in advance.
Hoboken Pilates is offering FREE mat classes for the general public. Bring a yoga mat or a large towel and dress in comfortable, flexible attire. Classes are 55 minutes. By participating in this classes you agree to having your image photographed and/or put on video for promotional use, including but not limited to, use on this website.

I’ve been going to Amy for 7 years and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Pilates instructor. I wanted to improve my posture and strength and Amy has helped me in both areas. She tailors the session to the individual and their specific goals and issues. She is also fun to work with!

I started working with Amy over three years ago. Over time, I saw a considerable improvement in my flexibility, strength, and posture, and I felt much leaner. I also found our pilates sessions to be a valuable form of mindful movement and deep breathing that helped me cope more effectively through periods of stress and poor sleep. She is a true expert who puts a great deal of time and thought into developing a highly individualized program to meet your needs. I can’t recommend Amy enough.
