I fell into a unique situation where I was stuck with nearly new second hand wheels that didn’t fit despite dealer assurances that they would. Jim explained the options to me and I ended up purchasing some aftermarket Vossen wheels from All J’s that were absolutely stunning for a fraction of the cost of OEM.

Good things first the service I got was great. I bought my wheels online and got my tires at All Js. Dropped off the wheels for the tires to be put on them the day before. When I came in the next day at the appointed time for them to be put on the car the whole process took less than 30 mins. I was given all the information I could ever need and had it ended here I would have given 5 stars.
So why 4 stars? Before buying my tires from All Js I stopped at the shop to ask about free storage if I purchased my tires from them and the answer was yes with no condition. I even showed them my new wheels

I picked up a tire that All J's had repaired this week.
The have advised me on what snow tires to put on my teenage daughter's car to keep her safe during the winter driving. They have replaced all season tires for our daily drivers. And for the fun part, they have advised what summer performance tires to mount on my old sports car.
If you keep your wheels as clean as the rest of your car, All J's is the place for you. They are very careful.
I am grateful for their service over the years.

I called just a day or two before we got 7 inches of snow randomly in October to make my appointment for winter tires. I was impressed by how quickly they squeezed me in and I only waited maybe 30 minutes for the job to be done when I came in. Very professional and straightforward and I am really happy that now my car isn't sliding into the intersection after I stop or things like that when there is snow on the roads. Totally worth it! And it makes life so easy that they store your all seasons too. I would highly recommend calling Jim if you are considering switching out your tires.

Love this shop. After buying my first set of tires, I realized how important it is to take care of them because well I don't want to have to buy my next pair until I absolutely have to. I now have a tickler set up to head over to All J's every 6 months to get rotated and balanced . Always great service - super reasonable prices, honest guys and I just love driving away with a perfectly balanced car - driving straight ahead.

I've had some odd experiences with some of the chain auto stores which has led me to not only spend more money than the initial repair, but actually re-do the work in two occasions. That has taught me to be diligent in learning more about my car and asking the right questions before having work done.

Update - I went to a tire shop as the Pirelli tires were bald after 30k miles (warrantied for 70k). What I've learned is perhaps it wasn't the tires that were at fault. The technician informed me, "whoever aligned your wheels last, stripped that CAM bolts" which was further explained to be that my struts/suspension was out of alignment and with these bolts stripped, they can only adjust the alignment so much. Guess who worked on my wheels last? Yep, All J's.

I used to have them store my winter wheels but it got to a point that I couldn't justify the expense. Very knowledgable staff, great location. Jim can be condescending (doesn't everyone memorize their tire size?) but is more bark than bite. If you have the funds the peace of mind you get from buying from them is worth it

Terrible customer service. I had been taking my cars to All J's for close to five years. I have a Q7 and an RS5. Today I went in to change to winter tires and when I got back in my car, I discovered a large gash in the leather steering wheel. I went back immediately (was hardly out of the parking lot when I noticed it). I explained to the owner that it is right where I put my hand when I drive and it was easy to notice as soon as I got in. Instead of trying to work it out, he immediately became defensive and tried to make it out that I was trying to scam him. Let's see... I own

The second time I got tires here they didn't answer questions too well and basically assumed I was willing to spend any amount of money without clearing it with me.
I don't expect a lot, but this was not working for me.
I'm sure it works for some people (who don't have to worry about money), but not a good fit for me.

I went here because I had hit a pothole with my 2008 chevy aveo and my tire was leaking air due to screwing up the wheel. My parents have gone to All J's for years and recommended I go there. I went there and they hammered out the wheel for a very cheap price but instructed me that I will need to get a new wheel. I decided to take their advice and asked them to get me one. They took down my cell phone and said they'd call it when it was in. After about 2 months I suddenly realized I never received a phone call from them. I called to see why and the guy said something close to "oh

I got my new tires here. I was really pleased with their service. Quick. Professional. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
Their prices are very competitive with all of the other shops around town. But when I was calling around looking for tires this was the one place that really seemed to know what they were talking about. They seemed to know all about the existing tires on my car and had good recommendations for what I should replace them with.
I forgot to check the dates on the tires they installed while I was at the shop but I remembered when I got home. I was very happy

I have used All J's Tire Center countless times. If you are in need of tires for your car I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you talking with them. Their prices are just as good as anywhere else but their knowledge of the tires far exceeded anyone else out there.
You have to give them a call... I have used them for my personal cars and also for 40 or so cars that I have on my dealership lot!
Finally they are one of the best places to buy new tires for your exotic and performance vehicles!
