I started coming here this month after searching for a Bikram studio near my house for YEARS. Previous to BYNT, I was a Yogi at CorePower Yoga (when I lived in Chicago) and absolutely loved it. I've missed yoga for awhile and was so excited to find this place. I liked that the initial tryout period of 3 weeks is only $30. I knew I would love Bikram but for someone who maybe hasn't tried it, this is a great time segment to really see the benefits of going. All of the staff has been super welcoming and helpful, and the other yogis are super friendly, non-judgemental and AMAZING. They really

This yoga studio is fantastic! I have been wanting to get back into yoga since moving to Texas and this is just what I needed. Everything is clean and organized, there are a bunch of classes you can sign up for, and people are super friendly! My instructor today was Sarah, she was so nice and helpful! She showed me where everything was and gave me a coupon for 20 percent off if I want to buy anything in the shop. I am going back for another class tomorrow! If you are looking for good yoga definitely try it out!

Love coming to the classes eventhough I don't get to practice often due to my schedule. Teachers are amazing and I can appreciate the fact they take time to greet everyone, as well as, guide students through the practice. I can say I feel so much more energized and motivated in life after every class. Be sure to drink plenty of water and bring plenty of water, this studio is fire. Enjoy!

If I could give less stars I would. After arriving at 4:59, after fighting traffic from downtown Dallas, for a 5:00 class I was denied entry. I was dressed and prepped. Been attending bikram classes for 5 years and a member of other boutique fitness studios and have never encountered such rude and disorganized people. I was in disbelief as the breathing exercise had not even begun. Wanted to find a studio closer to home and can confirm this is NOT it. Save your time and money. If they can't handle that others have obligations that they manage the 23 hours around an hour of yoga, and cannot

This place is amazing! I attended my first class last week and I am so thankful that I did! I was anxious at first about starting hot yoga but the staff made me feel welcome and safe. This studio is so clean and the instructors have such great energy! I love this place I can't wait for my next class!

My first experience with Bikram Yoga and I really love going here. My first visit I was feeling really anxious about going somewhere new and trying something new, but the instructor and another worker at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel calm. I feel like I have accomplished something after every class....so much sweat! I love it.
This place is very close to downtown Grapevine and has plenty of parking in its shopping center. It is very busy in the evening times...people coming and going out of the studio. I have only been to two classes with two different instructors. I love

Love love love BYNT! I've been practicing here for three months now and I have loved every class. The instructors are all so kind and helpful and I've never felt so instantly welcome in any kind of exercise class before. The class is challenging but definitely attainable for all skill levels. Love the 60-minute yin class as well.

I've just landed from a three hour flight and in sore need of relaxation...so I booked a Bikram class.
From the airport I ordered a Lyft, high-tailed it to the hotel, dropped off my bags, and within the hour I was lying in shivasana in a 95° room sweating just as hard as I would've outside.
Oddly, if the room was anywhere between 95 and 100 degrees it would've been cooler than then 102° outside.
Five Stars!

This place is awesome. I love the new renovations too! It's sleek and clean, and the atmosphere is always wonderful. The instructors are all great. I wouldn't be able to narrow it down to a favorite instructor! They're all encouraging and uplifting. But the best part about this place is of course the amazing workout. It kicks my butt every time, but in a good way. :) I do all kinds of workouts, and this is by far one of the most difficult. I love a challenge. I always feel so proud of myself when I finish a class here! Your body will detox like craaaaazy. I love sweating out toxins

Love this place! Stacy, the owner and managers are awesome and caring.
So many things I love about this North Texas Bikram Yoga.
1. Beautiful and zen like atmosphere.
2. Great dressing rooms with plenty of showers and toilet stalls. They provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each stall. Also, they have lockers but you never need to worry about you stuff.
3. Variety of types of classes you can take: 90 Original Practice, 60 minute Bikram and now they offer a 45 minute yoga weight training class.
4. The practice studio is clean and although we sweat like crazy in the studio it never smells

I have been here a few times with my sister and am more than impressed with not only the new renovation of the facility but the outstanding yoga instructors on staff. One of my favorite instructors is Jorina because she makes a point to get to know each and every person in the class. She is not only personable but goes above and beyond to make sure you are doing each of the poses correctly. So, if you are like me and yoga intimidates you (especially Bikram), then I highly recommend starting out here. You will not be disappointed!!

I got another groupon so I have been going here for two weeks now. They have renovated so it's so nice! Again though nothing here makes me want to buy a membership. The workout is awesome, but the instructors are eh. I corrected one lady on how to say my name and she did not seem like she wanted to try it to say it correctly. I had an instructor today who was awesome. I love instructors who allow you to make the workout your own. I know my own body and know where it can go so please don't tell me to go deeper into my squat when I just got done doing 5x5 squats at the gym before

UPDATE: After attending this studio I am seeing results that I haven't been able to attain in a year and a half of practicing yoga. It is very hot and hard but the postures are very beneficial in getting a student to reach their potential.
Without question this is a great place to shape your body and mind.

My first experience here was outstanding. As a first time guest they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. As a nervous contender my confidence and will power was easily uplifted by the instructor. Easy to follow as a newbie to Bikram practice and I like the fact that I was corrected. After all I want the full throttle of the workout since I am committing 90 mins a day of my time. I hurt real good after my first session, feels like my spine has been stretched and greased now I am ready to rumble!
When asked how I felt after the first class I said this! "My body hasn't shook

The studio is really nice and in a great location. I signed up for the introductory month offer of $50, but I am uncertain whether or not I will keep going after that because the normal unlimited price is $99/month. They do offer a student/military/firefighter discount, but I am very disappointed that they do not include teachers on this. I know many of my fellow teachers would be much more likely to attend this location rather than a neighboring one in Southlake if the price were lower.
Instructors: All of the ones I've had so far were great EXCEPT for one, who was extremely rude to

All the instructors were patient, helpful and had great attitudes.
People complain about the smell, but it's really not that bad. It's also somewhat expected. You could NOT have anything BUT carpet in that room without people killing themselves during the postures.
Like everyone else, my complaint is the pricing. The initial welcome $40-for-the-month pricing was great, and I could maybe convince myself to pay more and keep going, but it's also just too far of a drive for me. With 90 minute sessions, it was just eating up too much of my day with that drive. If there were a location
