I began my training with YogaFit and knew I wanted more! I completed my 200 hour teacher training with NamasteUSA in the Scaravelli style of yoga and my 500 hour training with DeAnna Shires' Breathe into Awareness Advanced Studies Program. I am registered as an E-RYT500 with Yoga Alliance. I was drawn to teaching yoga because I wanted to feel as though I was making a difference in people's lives.
I inadvertently stumbled onto this wonderful boutique yoga studio this morning in Coppell. I already recommended several people to sign up with "Yoga From the Heart". It is cute, tranquil and clean. Teacher Jan who taught the Saturday noon class was exceptional. Teachers here probably will surpass even the City of San Francisco.

Stress Relief - I remember leaving my very first Yoga class feeling less stress than I'd felt in years! Only later did I learn that the practice of Yoga reduces the level of cortisol (the stress hormone) in the body. Try a class and experience the benefits for yourself.
Pain Relief -Studies indicate that Yoga poses and meditation can provide relief from pain for people with conditions like cancer, auto-immune diseases, arthritis, back pain and much more.Always let the teacher know about any health conditions that could impact your practice. Better Breathing - You'll learn to take slower, deeper breaths triggering your body's relaxation response and improving lung function.

I can't say enough good things about this studio. I had the honor of practicing with several instructors. Each instructor has taught me so much, and they have no idea how much they've helped me. Just from their different styles, techniques, approaches, outlooks, etc.. From my experience, if you want calm/gentle flows, go with Jan's beginner class. If you're feeling frisky and adventurous, Jackie can help deal with that energy! Be careful though, she looks all sweet and innocent, next thing you know, you've got your foot behind your head and your drenched in sweat... but still having a blast! If

I enjoy the classes and appreciate the teachers at Yoga from the Heart. There are many different types of classes which work for different levels of experience and different preferences. There are classes everyday at different times that accommodate most schedules. I especially like the level 2 classes and the restorative classes. The studio also offers a variety of workshops from time to time.

Awesome place to do Yoga. I enjoy the basics class with Jan. She just makes it so easy and enjoyable at the same time working out every muscle.
I can really feel the difference in me and my posture.
Their beginner plan is very flexible too, so that we can choose from the best class that fits into our comfort level and schedule.
I take the weekend class and I eagerly look forward to it.

I’m a yogi for on and off ten years. I used to do yoga daily in college. I started my career and could not find time to do yoga. Recently decided to give it another try. I’ve been a member for two months. During the trial period, I tried all classes that fit my schedule. I liked Michelle’s Sunday 5pm and Lisa’s 8am Saturday class. My favorite class out of the two is Lisa’s Saturday class. I actually like Lisa as an instructor the best because I vibe with her the best. It’s important to vibe with your instructor’s energy in yoga. Lisa’s class is also the only one challenging for

Great Studio. I been going for several years, they have a variety of classes and times that meet all my yoga needs. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, the instructors are very experienced and offer modifications. If you are new to yoga, try a Back to Basics class, the studio has everything you’ll need including mats and props. If you are looking for a challenge, I recommend trying one of Jackie’s classes.

Love this studio and all the teachers that are so warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Not your typical gym kind-of power yoga routines but focus on the traditional yoga philosophy that pays close attention to the synergies of the breath, meditation and postures. Offers classes from beginners to advanced levels. Highly recommend!

My favorite class is gentle yoga with Jan. I've been following Jan for years; her classes are fun and educational, and I always get back refreshed and limber. The studio is well maintained, airy, and offers a good selection of classes at flexible pricing. Instructors are warm and watch you closely. You'll always hear laughter and good banter, I can't recommend this studio enough!

One of the best yoga experiences I have ever had. Everyone on the staff is amazing and welcoming. Whether you are new or a regular, they make you feel like part of the family. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good studio in the metroplex. There is plenty of space to move around and lots of natural light. And the best part - no mirrors! The instructor will make sure your form is correct so you can better concentrate on your form and breathing. You won't be disappointed!

I have taken yoga classes at YFTH for many years but was not able to be consistent enough to reap the benefits of yoga because of deteriorating back issues. After having spinal fusion in 2015, I have been able to progress to a stage that I was not able to before my surgery. Through all of these past years, Jan and all of the instructors have been very supportive and encouraging, as well as recommending alternative poses to prevent injuries or pain. I always feel relaxed and "well stretched" after each class...and very glad I attended.
