I have been using A+ for more than a decade now. They are in Poway and I live in Ramona. There are good mechanics up here but the service and quality of work at A+ makes it worth the trip, and their shuttle makes it possible for me. The simple truth is that I really trust them and am always impressed with their ethics. It is not very easy to make an appointment with them lately but if it is important I am going to make the wait. Once they start they really get on it. The last time I had work done there they changed my oil. They felt the oil was to dirty not to! They seem to care about my car as

Great experience. Al quoted me a price and time frame , and they did exactly what they said. Great clean shop and my car came back clean as well. I'll be back.. Oh and the shuttle is a great asset. They gave me a ride home and came to my house, picked me up when my car was ready. Thanks Stephan.

My husband made an appointment on their website a week ago. We showed up, and they had no record of it. He told them he made it on their website, and the guy said, "Oh that's why then, that doesn't work." I told him, "It's 2021, there is no excuse for having a website that doesn't work." Get with the times guys, or take down your website. The guy didn't seem to care, saying they were backed up for 2 weeks. Don't offer appointments on your website if you can't keep them.

While getting some engine work done I noticed a continuing problem with my tires. A number of experts told me I needed new tires. My kid and I checked all the tires and the tread was fine. We went for a drive the very next day and these guys figured out the issue... 4 new tires. I can feel safe driving again! Thank you.

All I can say at this point after years of going to A + Autocare they consistently meet or exceed expectations. I have enough stress in today’s world to wonder if my vehicle is being taken care of by true professionals or not. With A+ Autocare I never give it a second thought. They are the best period. My Jeep Cherokee was overheating so I took it to A+ Autocare because my dealership service department is shut down until the new owner gets their license from the B.A.R. SO GLAD the dealership could not take my car and I could not get an appointment at any Jeep dealer in San Diego for 3-4 week.
Such a great experience compared to taking it to the dealership. They were helpful, friendly and responsive. Did a full comprehensive inspection detailing everything wrong with my car, including photo. All the issues they found were things the dealership has previously, supposedly repaired.

I requested quotes from 5 different shops - you're the only one who thought it was too much work to actually do your job. If someone requests a quote online then they expect a quote online! Pretty simple. Driving around going from shop to shop, spending hours and hours is very tedious. If you're too lazy to give a good quote then its very likely you will not do a good job. My business went elsewhere.

A+ gets an A+. This place was listed as an approved place to service my car that's still under warranty through Carvana. Al took my call and he provided great customer service. This carried over on the day that I took my car in. The staff was attentive and updated me on the mechanic's progress while I waited. Al called Carvana to find out what work would be covered. He was on hold for quite some time, but didn't give up till he reached a human. Because of his patience, Carvana covered the cost of the repairs. I truly appreciated his persistence.

I had a great experience with them. My car kept dying on me as I drove until finally it just gave up. I called them ahead of time to see if it was OK if I had my car towed to their place of service and whomever I spoke to was extremely nice and said it was fine and they would take a look at it. After an hour or so, they called back and explained what all what was wrong with my vehicle. I decided to go ahead with them because they were very professional and treated me like a customer should be treated. Wow. They figured out a clunk mystery that's been plaguing my car for over a decade.
The dealer wanted to replace several parts at a high cost.
APlus researched the issue and discovered the specific part causing the problem. They replaced it - everything else was solid - at less than half the cost the dealer quoted.
Why the dealer did not know about this replacement part is beyond my comprehension.
I literally called APlus when I got the car back and asked them if they had swapped my vehicle with a different one. LOL. It is so much quieter and the steering is tighter.

My precious 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ was due for a bunch of service. I use a few auto shops in the area, but they were all very busy and couldn't fit me in. A+ auto responded to a quote request I sent out, and the price was right so I gave them a go. I am so glad I did because they're an excellent shop to work with. Very easy to make an appointment, up front and communicative about cost and likely time frame, and they send you an inspection report with anything they find when they're servicing your vehicle.
