Very busy but efficient customer service. I've been coming here for both my cars to get repaired for the past two years and it is nothing short of impeccable service. Prices are reasonable and the owner never over charge like past mechanic shops I've gone to. They fix my BMW without me having to come back in a week to repair something else compared to bad experiences I've had at other shops.
I recommend bringing in your car when they open to have your car fixed by the end of day if it isn't a major repair.

Highly recommend for excellent customer service and knowable, skilled, friendly staff. My Cadillac SRX died and the dealer couldn't get me in for a week. I called European Autocare and spoke directly with the owner, George. He was so understanding and said I could come in right away -- even though it was close to closing time. Within minutes my issue was diagnosed, quoted, fixed and paid. I've spent most of my life with "car-guys" and George and his team are excellent. You can tell a good service place by the cars inside -- lots of expensive car owners trust George as well.

They changed the oil on my Maserati. I came in with an oil leak and it turned out that the oil filter was not tight enough (unrelated to them) and so they removed the filter, cleaned a little around and then put the new filter I gave them and oil I gave them also. The charge? $108 - why? because as the lady said, its a Maserati. Now on my car specifically, the Oil filter is SUPER accessible and came out in 2 seconds because it was already slightly lose. Their effort to do the oil change was negligible but they charged like if it had been a major oil change and with their oil and filter supplied

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
George took care of my long punch list of items with my 04 Porsche Boxster. IMS, clutch, and flywheel were done at a fair price along with other items to get the car in tip top shape. I will be returning for all of my Porsche maintenance.

I HIGHLY recommend European Autocare (and their sister shop next door: Japanese Autocare). My 2013 Hyundai Elantra wouldn't start, needed to be towed. So glad I chose this repair shop. Owner George Tadros is terrific, knew exactly what to do! They correctly diagnosed the problem (it needed a new starter relay), got the part same day all the way from Chula Vista, and made the repair promptly. Reasonable prices and great service. They even sent someone to my home to give me a ride there. Wow!
They service and repair ALL cars, not just European or Japanese, with the exception of Teslas. I would

While getting ready for a much needed vacation w/wifey to visit the mom-in-law in Denver. This getting ready included getting the 2005 Lincoln Town Car washed at one of those drive-in types at the self wash places. The car died in the washer itself, which presented a problem with towing it out. AAA recommended a repair shop literally nextdoor to the carwash. The tow driver suggests European Auto Care (EAC). I liked the kid and when I called my two options, EAC answered and after we discussed my situation on a Saturday afternoon, we took the car to EAC. I work in Norcal but, live in Socal

I made an appointment for oil change and asked to be sure they were complying with state and county health mandates regarding COVID -19.
George said yes they are. When I arrived and saw the receptionist had no mask, I asked her where her mask is? She said "we're not wearing anymore ". Current mandates require masks for essential services dealing directly with public.
So I left.
Cannot give any opinion on their auto care skills skills.

The owner and mechanics have misdiagnosed my car problems twice. First brakes needing complete replacement
And second needing new front wheel bearings. I always get 2nd opinions and glad I do. Both times saved over 500.00 dollars. Watch out for businesses on this street, especially if you're a woman. High priced and not that knowledgeable. Future

I had my car towed there when it broke down last week. George told me the next day that there was a hole in my engine and the whole thing needed to be replaced ($3900). Also, my car sat there for 3 days waiting for him to send me an estimate which he never did.
So since he still hadn't emailed the estimate 3 days later and I was in a rush to get my car fixed, I had it towed elsewhere. Turns out, there's no hole in the engine. It's a valve that needs replaced. $150 later my car is running fine. This shop should be closed down; that's criminal that he was going to charge me almost 4k to replace

Very Happy with European Autocare - again!!!!!
Brought my car in and George and his crew provided me with "above and beyond" service. This has been my experience every since they bought the business from previous owner, which has been several years. I've never had any issues with the service or the cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful staff.
My Subaru is Very Happy with George
My Subaru is 20 years old, and for quite a few years she's received the very best care available from George and his team. I know Subaru is not a European make of car, but George always has the correct parts or can easily

Based on AAA's recommendation, I had my Subaru towed to European Autocare. Under George's obviously expert tutelage, a complete starting system inspection was performed - in addition to comprehensive bumper to bumper 48,000 miles service. Now the car runs and handles like it's brand new. So I'm finished with high cost dealer maintenance and repair.
George's communications skills made the whole repair process effortless - from my initial phone contact with him, through his easily understood and reasonable work estimate, to no-cost home delivery. Yes, delivery to my home

Horrible experience last week! I brought my car in for my first maintenance and made an appointment for 10am. When I checked in I asked the lady at the front how long it would take and she said probably an hour to an hour and a half which I already thought seemed a little long for likely just an oil change (10k checkup) but agreed and posted up at a coffee shop nearby. I asked if they'd just call me when done so I could walk back and she agreed.
After an hour and a half, I called to see if my car was ready but nobody picked up. After two hours I called again and nobody picked up, I called

I've been customer for over 5 years now. My car is 15 years old but thankfully to their expertise, knowledge and diligence my car is so well taken care of. I rely on George's expertise and trust his opinion on what needs to be done and how soon. Dealing with some other car shops or corporate chain auto places left me feeling like I was taken to the cleaners. So, I've come to mistrust their motivations. But, European Autocare is so dependable and very reasonable too. George is always very accommodating, timely, reliable, and trustworthy. Even after I moved to another area in SD, I still take my

Do not trust these people. When I got my car back from them, it appears to have been taken for joyriding over the weekend. The rear seats were filthy, there was food in the car, and a rat had gotten inside and caused damage to the seats, floor, and seatbelts. The only reason this happened in the first place is that they refused to answer my calls asking if their basic battery assessment job was done the next day, which I can only assume was so they could continue enjoying my car. Furthermore, the assessment they did appears to be fraudulent. They said that 2 of my battery cells were corrupted and
