Services
English Towers is the best condo on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland. The building has 120 condo units. These Ocean City, Maryland high-rise units are very spacious and have a large balcony that stretches across the living room and master bedroom. Some units in this building are oceanfront and some have a bay view.
Owners must have ETCA pet tag(s) for any pets that are on our property. Please be respectful and considerate of the beach, our property and the dog walk by picking up after your pet. Some owners are walking their dog on the beach which is a violation of city law. In addition, even if you pick up the dog's waste it leaves bacteria on the warm sand that children can pick up.
Extra vehicle parking is $10.00 per day/$40.00 per week, when available (only ONE additional car per unit). High-speed Internet streaming has taken the place of DirecTV in each unit. Renters will be able to use streaming services either provided by the individual unit owners or able to bring their own devices (such as Chromecast, Firestick, or Apple TV).

As indicated in the memo, our first priority is the maintenance of our building and property, but we expect to have time available, especially during the winter months, to handle a fair number of these jobs. English Towers will provide a quote for larger jobs (e.g., painting an entire room or rooms).

As a whole, this building is nice. There is an indoor pool and great security, almost good to a fault. There is easy beach access. They could do a better job with the door closing mechanisms being less aggressive. Entry doors into the main building are very quick to close and heavy to open. Since every unit is individually owned, I can't comment on the units, except to say that the one I stayed in was nice but in need of TLC. I probably won't stay here again. Some of the things like charging for WiFi and a building registration fee are just another shakedown. The guy at the security desk is a bit

This condominium is a joke. My family has been staying here for over 10 years and the last time we visited was an absolute disgrace. We didn’t mind wearing masks throughout the pandemic but when my family and I are constantly harassed and watched to make sure we were wearing masks the whole time is shameful.
You shouldn’t have to STALK your guests the whole way up to their condo, wait for us to enter and THEN decide it’s okay to leave. and yes, it was STALKING since it happened more than one time in our TWO DAY stay there by the same person on the staff.

Prior to this visit…if you asked us to rate English towers we would give it 5 stars and nothing but positive feedback. After our interaction with the building manager during this trip, I can assure you we will not be returning. We were enjoying the pool when the manager stormed in and told us we were done and needed to leave. We were very confused as we hadn’t done anything wrong. My fiancé asked if he was speaking to us and he said yes. He had been watching us on camera the whole time and saw my fiancé do 2 flips into the pool. He then looked at him and said “Cam’t you read? My husband and my 12 year old son were bringing the empty cart down after we just arrived and forgot to bring their mask from the room And didn’t realize it til they got in the elevator As soon as the elevator door opened they were confronted by the manager and told “if you don’t have your masks on I will evict you I’ve already have done it to another family and no vaping on the decks! If I get one complaint about you I will evict you!”

We stayed at English Towers for 8 days, this past week, and I was made to feel as if I were breaking the law at every turn. We didn’t even feel comfortable walking through the lobby, we mostly took the back stairs to avoid the staff glaring at us. They yelled at the family we were staying with and my husband numerous times. When my husband, loaded down with bags, forgot to put on his mask, a staff member screamed across the lobby, “MASK!! DON’T COME ANY CLOSER!” We wear our masks and social distance appropriately but there’s a professional way to go about enforcing masks and an honest

Unfortunately, my family felt the same as many of the other people that have recently stayed. Pandemic or no Pandemic someone should have informed us the pool and the gym were closed. Not all of the properties had their pools closed either. I saw people swimming in the Clarion near us. I also had a friend that was staying down there at the same time and her unit was taking reservations for the swimming pool. Had I known, it would have impacted my decision to stay there. I was also unhappy with the WIFI. It was expensive and it hardly worked ( we got the top package). Instead of feeling welcomed

We stayed over Labor day weekend & had no issues at all with any staff member. They were all very polite & helpful. We followed the rules they set to protect everyone including themselves. We had a wonderful time & I thought the facility was great. Didn't book for the pool. We were there for the sun sand & water. Our 9 year old grandson didn't whine or complain about the pool being closed he understands the situation the world is in right now. We were all just happy to get away & honestly felt safer in Ocean City then our own PA home town. Keep up the great work!

Our vacation was ruined by our stay at English Towers. The staff there are rude and took every opportunity to scream at us. From the minute we arrived and were unloading our vehicle they were there yelling at us. At one point I asked one of them where the stairs were (I had my hands full with bags and luggage) one of the staff members yelled “either side of the building” and pointed to both sides. Two staff members were standing there and could have easily unlocked the stair doors for me but didn’t and continued to stand there waiting for anyone to do something wrong. While I was waiting

This was our first time staying at English Towers and I can’t find one thing to complain about with our experience. The condo we stayed in was well kept. From the moment we arrived we could tell that the owners took great pride in their residence. The condo and the property were beyond clean which is very important. Parking was ample for the size of our vehicle. At first we were unsure of the indoor pool but it proved to be a necessary relief for our family from being out on the beach all day. There is no doubt that we will continue to rent the same condo for years to come!
