Services
Missi McGraw is a long time resident of the Ocean City resort area. She is a mother of two and is retired from teaching on the Eastern Shore after 31 years. She started her cleaning business as a favor to a friend who was looking for someone to clean her beach condominium that she felt would be both conscientious and reliable.
Check Out - Check In times / Rental Periods - These often vary with each leasing agency (or owner rental) but we try to make sure all units are always available for occupancy by 3PM. Most cleanings are scheduled at 10 AM & 12:30 PM. We try to work with our owners so that we are able to accomodate special requests.
We offer light handyman services to repair or replace damaged and/or worn items. We also offer additional handyman services including carpet cleaning, furniture repair, fabric or scratch repair, and more. This can often be done as part of a weekly cleaning. When it requires extra time, parts or materials there may be additional fees.

Owners are very nice people, responsive but quality of the cleaning is just ok. There was always one problem or the other. Compared to my last cleaner who retired after 5 years, Beach Condo Cleaning did a mediocre job. They promise to clean all the glass sliders but never did. Streaking on the mirrors and sometimes dirt found on the floor. They claim to allocate 1 1/2 to 2 hours and two people but in reality usually sent one person. They fly through in about 45 mins. You need a min. of 1 1/2 hours for a two bedroom. They've gotten too big and can't control the quality. One time they forgot to clean

Missi has been cleaning my rental unit for the past year. She has been wonderful to work with! With a rental things come up, she has handled everything for us! She is always calling if there is a problem and updating us promptly. I have gotten many good reviews on how clean it is. In the winter she does monthly checks on it. Her and her employees have been amazing!
