Beautiful view from our 4th floor condo. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee was our favorite activity! So close to the beach and convenient parking. The property manager made everything so easy, the park was nearby and the indoor heated pool was a lot of fun for the kids. The WiFi was recently updated so we were able to quickly get all our remote online work done while the kids were streaming away for fun on several devices at once. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This review is no reflection of the staff or the rest of the Marylander facility. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was clean. It was close to the beach. However if you stay in this condo complex do not stay in condo 402. The condo was in severe need of updating from the floors to the ceiling. The beds were horrible, the air vents and ceiling fans had dirt around them, sliding door blinds were broke, stains on the carpets, dryer sounded like a 100 forks scratching a glass plate and the pressure in the bathroom sink was stronger than the shower head.

We rented 2 condos 1 of which we walked in and right back out due to it not being cleaned after the last people, check in was at 3 and this was at 4pm after a 9 hour drive. Front desk response was the cleaners were off Monday 🤔 we checked in on a Thursday... the hours for the pool/arcade are not accommodating if you have children. Dryer was broke, no hair dryer, VERY outdated electronics, tub did not drain properly while showering, ants in the kitchen just overall a huge disappointment. Only good thing about this place is the location. You would figure during this pandemic cleanliness and sanitation

The condos come with everything you may need: Washers and dryers, stoves, floats and kites for the beach, etc. It has a nice view from the balcony of the Atlantic. Unfortunately, the pool, if you don't want to swim in the ocean, closes early and there is no complementary breakfast or gym area. There is a game room filled with arcade machines on the second floor, however. We also had an issue of the power going out with no backup generator, poor emergency lights and no night staff to help in learning about information.

Simply superb! By far the best value in Ocean City. Less than a block to the beach, stores of all kinds just one block away, prices quite moderate and while all rooms are not equally furnished, all come with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Balconies in every condo, and just great front desk service! One cannot ask for more!

Great location and possible one night reservation. It was my forth time at Marylander. Not all condos are the same (some -very outdated, especially carpet- makes your feet dirty:). Rooms are fully loaded with toilet paper, soap, towels etc. Wi-Fi was fine for us.
Overall - very convenient. Even with check out at 10:30 am you still can use the indoor pool and shower after returning from beach later:)
