I have been going to the Weekend Warrior bootcamp on Saturday mornings for 3 years. For someone who has always struggled with weight and confidence, I was terrified to try this workout. However, I left that first day with such a sense of accomplishment and amazed by the support from the trainers and total strangers. Veronica, who leads the bootcamp, is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness and is able to modify the exercises to your fitness level. Orville has been training me at Results for over 4 years now. I don't consider myself a gym rat, but as a diabetic I need to exercise regularly. Without Orville that wouldn't happen!! He has challenged me to push myself beyond what I thought was possible, while making sure I use good form to avoid injury. He takes a personal interest in my health and fitness, customizing my workouts to strengthen parts of my body that I injured earlier in life while also focusing on my goals. I experienced serious lower back pain due to bulging disc. I went to several doctors and numerous PT session, and did not receive any relief. I was advised my options would be to have injections in my back or try to strengthen my core. I decided to give personal training a try. Orville was very patience and made sure all exercises were being done correctly to prevent further injury. Soon after starting, my pain was gone. I continued with my training and I'm more active now then ever before. I actually look forward to working out.

We have a 14 year old son who was interested in strengthening and conditioning in the off season for baseball. We were looking for someone who could offer him a workout designed for being more athletic as well as taking care of his arm as a pitcher. We really lucked out by finding Orville who took his time to evaluate and diagnose exactly how to train him. In 3 short months, our son grew leaps and bounds physically and mentally, as Orville would explain each exercise and the proper technique needed to prevent injury. Now that baseball has started, the coaches were more than pleased with the player

I got great results working with Orville as my personal trainer. When I first started working with him I was very unhealthy and in a lot of pain from a neck injury. He created a workout plan that worked for me at the level I was at and helped me get strong and confident! I highly recommend Results Fitness!

Orville has been my trainer for 13 years. When we started, I was overweight, out-of-shape with lower back problems. Orville initially focused on my problem areas. But as we progressed, he broadened his attention to my longer term health, nutrition and fitness regimen. Today, at 60, I am in better shape and feel much healthier than I did when I was 45.
