My grandfather was at Beecher Manor from August-September of last year. He became ill in July and went to another local facility for a week before we knew we needed to place him elsewhere. The care and staff at Beecher Manor were top notch. Plus, the facility is very pretty and cheerful. With him having been in such good health for 92 years, we had no idea how to navigate this process— the Social Worker, Mary May, was so extremely helpful and supportive at a time where we needed it most. It brought us such peace to know that he lived out the rest of his days at a place where the staff truly cared

Our family (Mary) is so grateful to the staff at Beecher Manor and although no place is perfect I felt they always tried to bring their "A" game every day. They did their best and it got a little crazy at times- but they rank far above another nursing home nearby we had the unfortunate opportunity of using first. The actual staff of Beecher is well trained and compassionate (you could always tell when someone was "outside" help when they needed more hands on deck) The nurse practitioner Ashley was top notch and Joyce, was her favorite nurse but so were so many of the nurses- CNA's - the activities

My aunt is a resident at Beecher Manor and so far so good. The therapist are excellent!! The therapists all seem to really care about the wellness of my aunt and that means alot to me. The director of the facility is also very personable and friendly. I've only had one experience of not the best customer service when visiting once but overall 100% better than the Crete facility. Choosing and finding a facility for a love one is hard work in itself but we are definitely happy with Beecher Manor so far.

The support staff, to be specific, the admissions officer, Jennifer Becker, NEVER returns a phone call, nor does she answer her phone. The only way to talk to her is to show up in the Lobby and wait for her to squeeze you into her “busy” schedule. After attempting to contact her over five times, I decided to go to Heritage Woods nursing home in Manteno. They treat you with respect, really assist you trying to get someone placed in their facility, and the staff is wonderful. It is difficult to understand how Beecher Manor can keep their doors open with their support staff. One star is too high

Staff is very friendly and as helpful as can be. Sure things get hectic and staff is short some times but compared to other facilities in the area, Beecher Manor is one of the nicest. It is airy and open and has a comfortable atmosphere. The food is good enough for such a facility and the nurses make sure patients are taken care of. My father has been here since September and although perfection is difficult to attain, Beecher Manor is a nice, safe place for the elderly and infirmed.

My ailing mother was at Beecher Manor for three months until she succumbed to her illnesses.
The staff and crew that maintain the Manor were above and beyond any expectation I could ever dream of and desire. The Hospice team from VITAS were phenomenal in their care for my mother. Even the housekeeping crew was involved and wholeheartedly interested in the care and well being of my mother.
When my mom eventually passed and went home to be with Jesus, the Beecher Manor staff was SO accommodating, the VITAS Hospice staff was more than professional and compassionate.
My entire experience while at

My Aunt Cindy Kish was at this facility for 3 months to be close with family. She had to be transported to the hospital due to an infection. After being cured of infection, Beecher Manor refused to take her back. How can they refuse to take her back? I have found out they are basically refusing to take her back because of her being over weight. How can you selectively pick who you want to have at your facility? Now she had to be put in a facility further away from her family and the place is completely disgusting.

My 91 year old mother spent almost 3 weeks there; she was in the rehab unit and was treated very well. Everyone is very friendly and does their best to help all patients, no matter what their ailment or mental condition. Like any busy care facility, we waited sometimes, but when they were with you, they did their very best to help. And you could tell that the staff truly wanted to help, which was refreshing. Although most of the residents were there long term, their rehab unit was very dedicated to success and my mother learned so much while she was there. She returned to independent living with

My grandmother was in hospice here a while ago and I thought I’d review her stay.
Grandma Sally was there for about 6 months, and I’ll tell you the staff was one of the best. It really is amazing what these workers put up with on a day to day bases, so I just had to say thanks.
The food for her was great. My grandmother had passed there in the middle of the night and there must have been 20 of us there, and before she passed they moved her to back room where we could all be there and not disturb anyone else, and once again I have to say thank you.
Thanks for making Beecher Great.
