Our name implies perfection, although we know that goal is rarely achieved. But in 1983 we chose to name our business Pastry Perfection to remind us that perfection is always the goal. This quest begins and ends with the freshest quality local ingredients that we can find. Like using flour from *Shepherd's Grain with wheat grown right here in the Northwest on the Palouse.
Custom cakes from professional decorators for birthdays, weddings, parties - or just because. Pastry Perfection would love to be part of your Special Day. Call and set up an appointment to come in and sample our cake and have a consultation with a decorator. We have lots of designs and a variety of shapes, or we can help you customize your own design.
Call before 9:00 am and we'll deliver the same day by 11:00 am in Boise, Meridian and Eagle (excludes other locations and some products may not be available). Call anytime between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and we'll deliver the next day between 8:00 am and 11:00 am anywhere from Boise and Caldwell. I visited this spot from out of state based on the recommendation of local friends. It did NOT disappoint! I almost didn’t give them a visit, based on some of the more recent negative reviews regarding bad attitudes. This place moves fast. The employees have to keep up (and they do). I can see how easy it would be to take what they say the wrong way. I was asked “anything else?” a few times as I was deciding what I wanted, but I knew I had other people behind me so it was understandable. That being said, the donuts are amazing. I had a glazed and then a maple with chocolate chips. Super soft

Pastry Perfection has the best donuts around! They never disappoint. The lobby is always busy but the staff is very efficient and, although there was a long line when we arrived, we were out of there in less than 10 minutes. Today we only wanted a few donuts but their selection of pastries is amazing!

I very much dislike leaving a negative review but the quality was so shockingly bad that I think it needs to be said. I ordered 12 sugar cookies and 6 vanilla cupcakes. They advertise having home made buttercream. What I received looked (and tasted) like it was bought from a box grocery store. There are plastic kid rings for decoration on the cupcakes. The frosting is 100% the most artificial plastic tasting frosting that you can get at a store bakery. The cookies are indistinguishable from one of the spray painted cookies at the grocery store. The only difference was that I payed 5 times the grocery
