I have always had a passion for fine food and baking, but never thought my taste for the finer things in life would lead to tackling one of the most challenging pastries to make. Never one to back down from a challenge, I started making variations of macarons, sampling them at local Bay Area patisseries and soon enough, I had discovered a new talent.
With the help of my Sweet Alibi, my newly born daughter Sophia, I took on this challenge with passion, care and attention to detail. Soon, my passion became my career and I started to sell my macarons! Sweet Alibi is a company inspired by the desire to provide the highest quality and best tasting macarons, while showing my daughters that anything is possible.

The flavoring is inside mixed into the filling of the macaron, so you can pick any flavor with any color to match the theme of your event. For example; if you are having a gender reveal party we can make the shells blue and pink, fill the inside with the babies color and you can still pick your favorite flavors.

What can I tell you about these macaron? If you eat them, you will know. You don’t even have to listen to me. These macarons are delicate, yet chewy. They defy the laws of gravity. I don’t know how Krissy does it. They are magical. Her flavors are bold and creative. The honey one she does. *shivers* (Soooo gooood) But don’t worry: her rose and lavender macaron… they are amazing. And I don’t even like those flavors. Really. I usually think they taste like soap. Krissy’s don’t. These are desserts made with love. Eat these and be filled with love. And Macaron.

I was trying find something unique for my mother this past Mother's Day, but i was having a hard time finding it. Then, a friend had mentioned that they enjoyed Macaroons from Sweet Alibi Bakery. I got more information and learned that they had just started doing mail order due to Covid -19 forcing people re-envision how they did business.
I am glad i heard about this great place. There was a nice card inside for my mother, and a delicious pack of cookies. My mother enjoyed one of the cookies. Unfortunately, she said "help yourself" and i accidentally ate the rest of the cookies.

I found Sweet Alibi Bakery on Facebook news. It was listed in bakeries in the Treasure Valley. I messaged Krissy and put in my order for my birthday which was yesterday. She’s very nice and her macarons are perfection! I’ve tried macarons before but it has been a long time that I forgot what it taste like. I just remember it was crunchy or something but I didn’t expect this one to be sooo delicious! Definitely going to order again. They’re amazing!

My son is 8 years old and has some delays in emotional and social situations. He lacks some sensical knowledge and isn’t easily appeased in difficult situations. He has sensory difficulties as well which complicate these issues.
We went to the Caldwell lights event on Friday night with some friends and their kids. We failed to grab our wallets or cash as we hadn’t been there before and had no idea what to expect.
Fast forward to the end of the walk. We were almost to the end of the vendors when he spotted sweet
