One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. I moved in after I got a job right after graduating from UO. As a student I would not have been able to afford it but with my job (news station in town) I was able to get a studio. I leased a studio on the third floor, and as a young women living alone I felt safe at all times! I could see my car from my windows / balcony at all times. My floor wasn't really loud, I was right by the stairs so I could walk down and up to exit the building. The elevator was a walk away -- but that is okay I only used it sometimes. I recommend if you are looking for

Moved to Eugene from out of state. They were very helpful and understanding during the process of applying, approving, and finalizing despite myself not actually being there in person until after I moved in. Modern design and tall rooms give a spacious feeling. Excellent building and nice appliances in each apartment. everyone on-site was attentive and well-mannered. Somewhat expensive, and due to the nature of the area and weather, you will want to pay additional for an assigned parking space to park in the building parking lot, or under the building, as the unassigned spaces are for the ground

Location is fantastic.
Light and modern design.
High ceilings.
Ductless HVAC.
Laundry in unit.
Decent LED lighting.
CONS:
Very expensive.
Incredibly cheap cabinets and drawers. Not installed properly.
Could hear neighbors above 24/7 walking/moving things.
A handful of residents not following COVID protocols.
Baseless pet breed discrimination.
Our unit was on Hilyard St. making traffic noise so loud we couldn't have the sliding door/window open without shouting.
Not all units have decks.
Overall a decent place to live if you are new to the area or are in between houses.

I lived in Amazon Corner Apartments for six months! Alysha is THE person you want to find in your apartment search. Studios in the 800's was a true value. Fast, easy, affordable application process, speedy approval, and constant communication.
From the tour to our last day Alysha was always available to answer questions we had. The website and payment platform are amazing you can use a credit card to pay your rent and 3/5 utilities together. I received a statement with my last sewer, trash, and recycling bill deducted from my security deposit! $500 deposit was nice moving into a brand new apartment

I LOVE these apartments, I've been here since they've opened in November. Alysha and Samantha are very friendly and go above and beyond for you, my maintenance request get answered promptly, and I have a pretty nice apartment! I am very happy to call Amazon Corner home! Yes you do have to pay additional for parking but coming from Los Angeles and Portland the quality you get here is way better than whats around town!

They were very helpful. Samantha was extremely patient with me, and literally showed me every floorplan that I might like based on my feedback. Keep in mind that these apartments might be more expensive than what you're used to, because of the quality they have to offer. So if you're just there to see the place and aren't interested in renting, just be honest. They might still show you around, so you can see for yourself. Though the ladies have other jobs as well; they might have work they need to do so please be mindful of their time.

I toured Amazon Corner last week and Samantha was wonderful. I just popped in and she showed me three different units, and answered all of my questions. The quality and style is exceptional - very bright and modern. The big windows in every unit add so much to the living space. It seemed pet and family friendly with easy walkability to the store, Hideaway Bakery, Amazon Park and Pool. They seem to have thought of everything.

I lived there for 6 months, and absolutely loved it! Alysha and Samantha helped me immensely when I was moving to Eugene from out of state. Granted, the building at that point still had a lot of vacancies so I had plenty of apartments to choose from. Alysha was also great during the move out process, very transparent and honest about what i would get back from my deposit (was only charged $50 for carpet cleaning and my final utility bill) and that turned out to be 100% accurate. The apartment itself was lovely, nice to have such a big window, big kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit. I also appreciated

I submitted an application for a studio unit here that was listed as available and paid the $45 application fee. I was then contacted by management saying that the studio that I had applied for was actually not available, but that they could transfer my application to a more expensive one bedroom that was out of my price range. I explained that I wasn't interested, and asked for my $45 application fee to be returned since I never would have applied if their listing hadn't incorrectly stated the studio was available. I was told to attempt to cancel the $45 payment through the portal where

I actually live in these apartment! I was on the very first people to sign a lease. An although these apartments are beautiful & well built. The staff and the corporation that runs it, is really not great. It was an awful experience trying to move into my apartment and the corporation really did not care about my experience at all. They also nickel and dime you for everything. It is absolutely ridiculous on how they have handle the parking situation, its already incredibly expensive to live here and they just love to add more money to everything.
