Dr. Lisa Benest tried to sell me homeopathic medicine, who anyone with access to Wikipedia can find out is considered pseudoscience by the medical community. Whenever I asked her what the homeopathic medicine did, she just gave me vague "it ballances out your body chemistry" answers and could not explain on medical terms. Next time I'll just buy crystals and rub them on face.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them no stars I would. Long story short, I missed my appointment due to work related issues, and then called to reschedule. The lady who answered me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Apparently, if I didn’t show up there would be a $60 dollar fee. This was supposedly in an email and/or text sent to me. HOWEVER, the woman acknowledged that there was no email on file and none of my text history shows any message with that information. Yesterday I saw Dr. Benest for the first time. What a breath of fresh air. A doctor that is not only compassionate but understanding to someone who wants to use more natural salutations for a health related issue.

Dr. Lisa Benest was incredibly thorough and ensured that I was well taken care of not only when it came to dermatology, but also with everything else (gastro, gyno, etc). It's nice to find a doctor that understands the root of body issues and works to address the cause rather than just treat the singular symptom. Will definitely be back! :)

I was a patient of Dr. Benest since 2008. She has always treated me with dignity and has taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Lisa Benest is an exceptionally brilliant doctor. I trust her completely to fully understand what is going on with my skin and fully handle it. I have been seeing her since 2004 and she has handled precancerous bumps I get from sun exposure, and cancerous spots as well. Dr. Benest found a melanoma on my leg that got surgically
extracted and thanks to her it was caught and never spread.
She's a stellar doctor and I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!

I've had a skin issue throughout my whole life and Dr. Benest was the ONLY dermatologist that could help me with my problem. I was amazed that Dr. B was able to resolve my issue within a short period of time.While being thorough with her questions that really got down to the root of my problem she was also very compassionate to my condition. I highly recommend her...she's awesome. Thank you Dr. Benest...I love my skin. I also have to mention that the staff is very respectful, caring and friendly.
