Sincere Laundry

Sincere Laundry was very helpful for me on a recent trip to NYC. We were on a longer trip and were trying to avoid paying hotel laundry per piece rates. They're reasonably priced, friendly, and helpful. Our clothes were ready on time and in great condition. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Flat Iron area.

My go-to dry cleaner for many years. They are prompt, professional, and deliver. They have never lost any of my clothes, and everything comes back looking amazing. Such a familial, neighborhood vibe. Every time I call, they know it's me, and it makes this big city feel a little smaller. Cannot recommend the service and this place enough.

I got two of my dresses dry-cleaned here and the prices are pretty reasonable ($14 each, which is a dollar cheaper than other places I've seen). I was able to pick my dresses up in two days, and they looked great when returned. No complaints here at all!

Stopping over in NYC after a European vacation and the clothes were getting a bit ripe. laundry service at the Edition was more than the clothes were worth so we looked for a nearby laundry service and found this gem. Got there at 6:30p and asked for an early morning pick up... "no problem." laundry weight 9.5# and he rounded down to 9#'s. called at 8am and the owner said we were good for pick up. Amazing! We got to explore the city so fresh and so clean. highly recommend this place!

Had a big load of merch tshirts for an event 4 hours away. They were able to wash and fold the entire lot and even finished early.

Amazing! I had a flood in my apartment and all of my clothes and linens were damaged, wet and dirty, 8 large garbage bags. And when I called for help this lovely little woman came to my home to pick up everything! I was worried the size of the bags would tip over but she was so strong and diligent. She made 3 trips to pick up everything. 2 days later all of my laundry and dry cleaning was delivered perfectly folded, clean and fresh. Again, amazing team. Thank you!

Website is incorrect. The owner tried to blame me for the mismatched pricing. They charge $10 for the first 10 pounds, 1.35 per pound, $4 for any extra load, and $4 for hang dry. Had an awful experience with service, and owner did not work to improve my experience.
Would not recommend.

I have been getting my laundry and dry cleaning done at Sincere Laundry for 2 months now. They do a great job and II couldn't be happier. Also, their pick up and drops are always on time.

Do NOT use this place. They are horrible. I have had several bad experiences here. The worst experience I've had to date happened today. After spending 56 dollars on laundry (and separating whites, lights, and dark clothing - 3 dollars each to do this), purple was stained all over my clothes (see picture).

I called to explain the situation and the owner was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault. They did not offer a refund or anything. Long story short I will never be back at this laundry place.

My experience covers their wash and fold service only. They have very friendly service and are very reasonably priced. Their service is fast too.
I'd knock off two stars for:
* My clothes got too much heat in the dryer and were a bit shrunk/stitching warped. Either too long or too hot.
* They didn't take a lot of care in laying my clothes nicely on top of each other before wrapping, so the collars of my polo shirts ended up all folded and squashed in weird ways.
* The blue dye on the bag they returned my clothes in leeched onto my hand while I was carrying it home and was a pain to wash off

was recently looking for a new dry cleaner, laundry, and taylor place and these guys do it all and it's affordable fast and they deliver. highly recommend.

Been going for 2 years now. Alan is great - remembers all his customers and is endlessly reliable. Turnaround and consistency are top notch - would trust any garment here.

Took me a bit to find an inexpensive but quality dry cleaner in the area. They do a good job and they're friendly when you come in.

Never tried their free delivery service because I live so close but I would assume they do a good job.

I am not one to write reviews (this is actually my first ever) but the people here are phenomenal. Dry cleaning prices are lower compared to everything else in the area and usually gets delivered within a day. I've gotten several complicated things tailored and each time, the work is clean, well done, and reasonably priced. Alan is great to work with and professional and reliable. Happy to have found my spot and will keep coming back

I have to change my rating from five to two stars after the owner/operator was less than honest with my girlfriend.

He told me that they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't get stains out of two dresses of hers.

Well, they charged me and, when my girlfriend went to pick up her dresses, he told her that he told me that if the dresses goto the factory for dry cleaning, we have to pay, even if the stains don't come out. $32 later, stains aren't out, and I'm upset that he invented this story.

Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Great customer service and they are very punctual to return laundry and dry cleaning... Highly commended!
