Certified Pilates Instructor from the Sheppard Method Pilates Studio in Westwood, CA., and the Pilates Method Alliance. I have been studying the art of Pilates for the last 15 years and currently, I am teaching private Reformer/Cadillac sessions as well as home-based mat Pilates and stretching sessions.
The main goal of Pilates is to have my clients walk away from a session with a feeling of confidence, both physically and mentally. While the external benefits of Pilates include toned muscles, flattened abdominal's, and improved posture, the benefits of a centered body are deeper than a mirrored reflection.

I started taking virtual one on one classes with Ashley at the start of the pandemic. Having a more intense class early in the week, followed by a session focused on stretching later in the week has helped improve my overall fitness levels and keep a lingering lower back issue at bay.
What I find amazing is how during each class Ashley manages to introduce a new exercise to keep it fresh, and interesting (we are nearly a year into virtual classes), while continuing to improve your form and stamina of previous exercises. Ashley is by far one of the best, most genuine instructors I've been fortunate enough to meet both west & east coast. I have mild scoliosis with a few other health problems & she is beyond accomodating. Pilates has changed my muscle tone &
mindset. I look forward to my private class with Ashley each week because she helps me so much. No class has ever been the same & she is constantly adding new Pilates moves & tools. She also provides help on what I can work on at home. She meets me at a lovely studio near Santa Monica & truly listens to what I need as well as shows

Ashley is great. I'm inexperienced and her reformer class has really gotten me in shape fast. I do audio production and have an issue with hunching over. She's tailored my program to address this and I've made great progress. My posture is much better and my core has made more progress in 4 months than in the last 4 years. Glad I found her in Venice.

I wanted to give Ashley 5 stars! She absolutely made a difference in my body for tone & getting my lean muscles back. I haven't been exercising for couple years and had to get myself back for strengthening. I was glad that I met Ashely through a friend. I started to go 2 x a week and she has made a big difference in my range of motion and getting my core active again.
