If you are in talks with Equitable about a loan I suggest you start by getting a laywer because you'll need it. get a second opinion. they stopped lending for over 1 and a half years due to all the bad lending they did, they might not even be lending still.
This advice should be addressed by folks interacting with all equitable locations especially the Twin Falls and Mountain Home locations which now employ the worst of the worst which was originally found in Boise which preyed on folks all the way up beyond Ontario.
shame on you for your insane bad lending practices.
