Dry cleaning uses fluids to remove soils and stains from fabrics. Among the advantages of dry cleaning is its ability to dissolve grease and oils in a way that water cannot. Natural fibers such as wools and silks dry clean beautifully, but can shrink, distort, and lose color when washed in water. Synthetic fibers like polyester also respond well to dry cleaning, whereas they can retain oily stains after washing.

The worst dry cleaner of all time. Ruined the lettering on my favorite tank top, made the stain larger on my lifting shirt - why did I pay $50? I’d rather get new clothes than have my intelligence insulted and money taken again

I’ve never had clothes pressed worse than what I can do myself. And let me tell you I’m terrible with an iron. I had to drive back after taking the plastic off my shirts at home. I ask them to redo my shirts.
After I get them back I am never going back. What a waste of time!

Too pricey for routine cleaning. I'm not sure what the big deal is and why it was so expensive, but I saw no difference from any other cleaners I've used. I won't be coming back.

Took a white moda georgio custom white shirt to be clean and when I pick it up now it is an off white color.
When I call Billy he said told me he could fix it no problem will it's still the same off white color and he charge me again.

Showed up late on Tuesday and apparently, they don't do any cleaning on Wednesdays, so my clothes weren't ready until Thursday afternoon. I guess being closed on Sundays isn't good enough. I would've gone anywhere else if I didn't get there so late.

Billy's cleaners did aa awesome job on a dress that had a red wine stain, and had been in the closet for a couple years! Billy is very caring and friendly and so is his staff. Great cleaners and shirt laundry especially if you live close to Tatum and Bell.
