Okay. So yes I'm a fairly new customer. However with the affordably attractive prices. And they're good quality service for cleanliness on my white dress shirts. As a chauffeured limousine driver I need clothes regularly kept clean. They are prompt and very friendly at the desk staff. Would recommend the shop 21... God bless and have a nice day

Edit to add: While the below is all true, the manager that I was able to speak to the next business day was very apologetic, offered a refund, and worked hard to resolve the situation.
Horrible customer service the women behind the counter was so rude and aggressive I left shaking because she actually scared me. She was rushed when I was dropping off the clothing and I dismissed it as her being busy. She aggressively asked me how many articles of clothing and was mad when I counted "wrong" I said 1 skirt 1 shirt get instead of just total items. She handed me a ticket and said come back tomorrow
