The second time in the past 4 months that the wrong suit pants are sent home and now I'm left to wonder if custom clothing is lost.
Frustrating! I already lost one pair that cost me close to 300.00. Now I have 2 pairs at home that don't even match the numbers on the claim ticket. We have technology today that, even with labor issues, should mitigate these problems.
Trust! The most valuable thing you provide others in the service industry.
Lost! All faith and trust that Legend's will provide care, diligence and take responsibility of my clothes. When they leave my hand, they should delivered

Been a customer since the opening back in the .99 cent days. Watched these guys grow and grow their family and the employees. Patsie has always gone above and beyond. Professional yet down to earth and real. Brenda's the most amazing manager, and I've been through them all. She will greet you by name and always has a smile. Great team 👏 So grateful to have these guys in the neighborhood and have gotten to watch them grow always putting the customer first. Well done and thanks!

This place is overpriced and my clothes came back with stains.
If you’re going to charge $5.20 to wash a t-shirt you would think that you could do a better job with prespotting. The stains that were left weren’t difficult to get out they were just missed because the manager didn’t want to mark them when I dropped them off.
When I went back to talk to the same Manager about the issue, she confronted me that “she marked the clothes and the stains couldn’t have been missed” and also that were not going to rewash the entire order because a shirt was missing a barcode sticker.

Legend Cleaners offer expert services of dry cleaning, laundry and alterations including taking care of business shirts, formal wear and wedding gowns, leather, suede and also household items. Going there for an alteration today I had a conversation with Kathy who is in charge of alteration services and she had some great ideas and suggestions for me in relation to what I needed to do. I finally found a reliable dry cleaner. I noticed the van in my neighborhood, I stopped and talked with Paul. He gave me all the info I needed and picked up my cloths on the spot. Great reliable dry cleaner and laundry. We've gone through many cleaners over the years. We used one family cleaners for many years until the owner retired. The owners of this location also run one in Ahwatukee. Very good inventory management and in 3 years they have not ruined anything. Work always done when committed. Nothing but good things to say.

The Good:
- The owners are phenomenal. Whenever they speak to a customer, you can tell that they truly appreciate the customer's business.
- They do an excellent job cleaning.
- Same day service (before 10AM) is available - BY REQUEST. We forgot to ask them once, and were thrown for a loop.
The Not-so-good:
- There are a couple ladies there who don't enjoy their jobs. I mean, it's pretty warm in there so I can sympathize. They're not as welcoming as the owners.

They offer same day service for no extra charge - just drop off your laundry before 10 and you can pick it up after 5. So easy! They also have 2-3 spaces reserved for them close to the door so you don't have to circle the parking lot. (Competing with trader joes and PetsMart for parking is a pain!) I dropped my clothes off in the morning and got them back on my way home.

Horrible dry cleaners! The lack of customer service is appalling - after completely ruining a dry clean only sweater, and knowing they did (funny how the formerly gold now black sweater was in the middle of 5 items when picked up) the staff openly discussed the qualities of the sweater in front of the customer. No empathy, no apology - just questions to divert the blame from themselves.
