Customer service was very unprofessional and not very informative about the services provided. I received a shirt with a note attached that said “sorry could not get stain out”. The huge stain was not on there before. I was disappointed to receive my shirt back in those conditions. I did not notice the stained shirt until I got home because it is a drive through service, they load the items into your car and you leave, expecting your items to all be okay. I wish they would have had the decency to mention what happened to one of items! I was charged for the shirt although it was stained. Especially

I had ordered a dress & a skirt online. They arrived horribly wrinkled from being stuffed in their packages. I can't iron so I took them here to be steamed/pressed. They hadn't been worn yet so didn't require cleaning. My charge was $27 which seemed a bit high. Good service, good reviews & close to home.

The business responded immediately to my email questions. Upon arrival it took less the 3 minutes to obtain service and drop off my laundry. The staff was very responsive and friendly while getting my information. I'm a business traveler and their service is very important to me due to time constraints. My clothes were done sooner than expected and were cleaned properly and to my satisfaction. I will keep taking my business here while in Phoenix.

I moved to the area and happened to see Maroney's. I decided to stop and check them out. I was greeted right away. Was given a price sheet. I was told they use Oganic chemicals. They have drive thru with easy drop off and pickup. I was surprised that if you have a pair of dress slacks or shirt that is missing a button, they'll replace it.
Friendly staff that always have a smile and helpful.

We started taking clothes to Maroney's in 2004 and still patronize them to this day as I travel in and out of Phoenix about every six weeks or so. The staff are very friendly and super professional and always pay attention to details. It is convenient that you can simply drive up and drop off and pick up your clothes. If you go on a regular basis, they supply you with your own nylon laundry bag. How cool is that?
