I just give up from great service to left in the dark. What's up.? I got a great job when Trish bid and the job got done. Bill I paid $560 for pads and rotors on a Chevy Traverse. No calipers at all. I get single disc rotors not vented ,the cheapest brake and equipment carry . About $160 ,four rotors and pads. $400 labor really. Most shops $100 per axel. I don't ever want Bill near any vehicle. Inconsistency on work . It makes you crazy.

Wouldn't recommend it for anyone, they replaced my brake lines on my truck, they told me they it comes in a kit that includes all brake lines on the truck which wasn't true, they didn't remove the old lines from inside the frame, ran the new lines outside the frame with a zip tie, some line were rubbing against the frame which I don't think it will last long, for $ 900.00 I think they did a poor job, I also was inquiring about replacing my muffler and the lady store manager got so upset because I was asking questions about what I'm getting, I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service what's exceptional they worked with me on an issue that normally they wouldn't do. So they went above and beyond to help me get heat in my car I would recommend this place to anyone they're fast efficient they got me in right away he drove me home and they will be picking me up and the prices are very fair I'm happy to have gone to this place I looked which two other places that were even cheaper but the customer service wasn't up to par I will not be going to any other place other than Automax from now on and I'll be telling my family and friends all about it go in there and

I absolutely love these guys!! No appointment necessary - it's first come first serve which is awesome & very much appreciated! They are always 100% honest about what actually needs to be fixed & the work done is completely sound with no further issues. If you ask them they will also make a list for you of needed repairs complete with total cost which is extremely helpful to keep track of what needs to be done. They won't try to "pull one over on you" with unnecessary repairs plus their prices are not only phenomenal with no "hidden" or "surprise" charges/fees but also the prices for any repairs

One day, my old Honda transformed into a racing car. At idle, it would go vroom and when I hit the gas, it would go VROOOM. The new auto experience was sublime but then I realized I was only going 20 mph and making farting noises. An auto repair shop recommended Auto Max for exhaust problems, so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in. There was no wait and my Honda was immediately inspected by a mechanic. Completely horrible customer service. I had my car serviced and paid quite a pretty penny. Within one week my car was giving issues. I called to find out if I could bring the car back in since it seemed to be giving problems. Trisha the owner was so defensive and quite rude. As soon as I explained to her the issues I noticed in my car she told me with a bad attitude "back it up one second" and explained how my findings were not valid. I found my regular mechanic from a review that started with the words "Jaw-droppingly honest" and have gone to them exclusively for years. When I called this morning, they told me they don't do mufflers and recommended Auto Max. I dragged my heels saying that I trusted THEM to tell me if something could be fixed rather than replaced, etc., and they told me THEY trust Auto Max.

My granddaughter's 2008 Altima needed work. My regular mechanic said drop by and I'll take a look see but can't get you in until "sometime next week". Well, that wasn't going to work, so on a Yelper's advice I called Auto Max where the boss, Tricia, said come on in. It's first come first served -- no reservations required. Great! She got an experienced mechanic right on it and rightly diagnosed the need for new duel mufflers, front pads and rotor and the replacement of a growling front wheel bearing. I recently got a muffler delete on my 03 celica and let me tell you it sounds awesome. you will get a good cheap deal with the same outcome as a more expensive shop. if for some reason something goes wrong you get a couple of months of warrantee. told me it would cost $371. parts and labor.
I called Tricia and she said she wasn't sure exactly what I needed
and to bring it by. i took it in a couple of days later and she was able
to fix it in an hour for a grand total of $112.14. I might have to make
the 20 mile drive back to the old neighborhood for my mechanical
needs after all.

I had a front end alignment done there and within 2 years my brand new tires were destroyed. I called and spoke with Bill about how often I should need a front end alignment. He said never. That typically you get an alignment once and done. I then explained my situation about how I had an alignment there and now the radials are popping h out of my tires and that I brought it to another place who told me there's no way this was ever aligned. Bill immediately started laughing and said he's done with the convo and hung up. I called back and again was hung up on. Stay as far away from this

Was quoted as high as $950 at a different shop, all i needed replaced was two flex pipes on my exhaust, they jacked my car up right away and even let me come take a look at what was damaged before they did any work, 250!! thats wayyyy less then the other place quoted!! very open and up front with their customers! honest business, will definitely be back.
Oh and they even gave me a car to run a few errands with while they were working on mine, keep in mind they are also fast, only took about an hr after they quoted me and hr and a half.!

I had a loud muffler and brought it in to Auto Max. They immediately took my car and conducted their free inspection. They brought me into look under my car. They showed me several things they id as issues. There were several.
Like most people, I had no idea what was the leading cause, but told them to quote me out 2 different options. They did that in less than one minute.

First of all, let me say I know next to nothing about car repair. Luckily, I can usually tell when something is wrong and get it fixed before I die in a firey explosion of broken car parts, and I have continuously been bringing car to Auto Max for my repair needs.
I had the muffler replaced and it was the cheapest price I found. A couple months later I hit a bump that jarred the pipe loose and brought it in, they hoisted the car and fixed it for free in 15 minutes flat. I've also had the brakes done a couple times there, they are fast and frugal.
