Do not order from this company. I sent them a product approval email and when I called to check on the status of it one week away from a conference, they said that the design was never approved. Therefore had never started production or shipped them yet. Now the product won’t be at the conference in time.

They said my pens would deliver in time for my trade show needs. It hadn't shipped to arrive in time, so they agreed to cancel the order, but they lied. Delivered it after I returned from trade show, and waiting until shipper reported it dropped at my door to hit my credit card. I called that day and they agreed to cancel and send a return shipping label. They lied about that. I called next biz day and they said they'd talk to their vendor and see what they could do. I don't care about their vendor; I care about them doing right by me. After each call I requested an email to confirm what was discussed

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service.
I submitted an order back on September 20th. I still have yet to receive a "mock-up" or a "shipped" email.
I have been going back and forth for months with customer service. Each time I get a new representative that promises me the world and they always fall short days later. I am told to wait for confirmation, and nothing comes through. I try calling their extensions, and that falls short as well. Seems like everyone in the office is always oot.
The first item I purchased, was out of stock. I find this out after waiting 3 weeks wondering where my order

Received a promotional mailer to receive a free duffle bag set with an order of greeting cards. Since I get them every year, I thought this would be a great additional gift. Placed my order the later part of October and received my cards the first week of November. Opened the box and received cards but no duffle bag set, even though it was listed on the invoice. Contacted customer service and was told they don't have any and I could get 10% off my next order. Since I wasn't planning on ordering anything else I declined and asked to return my order. The first order I placed with my assigned representative was excellent! This time I placed an order with a new dedicated representative named Nichelle and she dropped the ball on my order and placed the wrong pens. She didn't even have the courtesy to reply back to my email with an update. Absolutely terrible customer service! Therefore my pens are still in production and 10 days has already passed. This order is now being cancelled.
Another representative named Anna is helping me with a new order. I will update my review here soon.

Please !!! Never Buy anything from this company, they most likely like a drop shipping company scam rather than a legit company. They will never answer your question and never heard back from them. Now i don't even know if they return my money yet ( I order bottle openers, they ask for logo, I sent to them, then they disappear without any customer notice, email or phone call), for really long time after that, They send an email said the order was canceled by them due to out of stocks, . I try to contact but no one would care. They are REALLY MESSED UP!

It is stunning how inept this company is. We have now placed two orders, and both have experienced major issues. The first order, for some facemasks with our logo, was somehow lost. I called them to find out where the order was, only to learn it wasn't even in the system. We had to re-place the order, and eventually received the masks, albeit a couple months late. The masks were decent quality, though wrinkled from being crammed into boxes with no packaging. Months later, we're running low on masks and decide to order some more. What are the odds a company could mess up two consecutive orders?

This company has the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Ever. In any industry. My small business ordered some pens 6 weeks prior to the conference we’re exhibiting at. I choose a pen that was in stock and listed a 7-10 business day turn around time. 4 weeks later I reached out for an update and heard nothing. A week after that they reached out to tell me there had been a glitch and my item would now be in production for 10-15 days - well beyond the actual date I actually need the items. And now because of how late I found out about this “issue” I don’t even have enough time

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered some custom logo cups on July 16, didn't hear from them for a month. I called them. They said the logo I sent for imprint on the cups wasn't usable (no explanation why). They sent me a proof. The image was elongated vertically. I ask them to resend with the correct aspect ratio.I sent another logo in two formats they approved. They sent the correct aspect ratio, but changed the color of the logo. I was oblivious to the color change, but was happy with the aspect ratio & said OK to the order. My mistake. 9 weeks after the original order, with NO attempt of
