Fantastic Experience!! Pleasant Surprises worked with me to coordinate a gift basket for my long distance girlfriend. I shipped several personalized items to them and had several more delivered locally. They were able to pull everything together for me and get it done on probably the busiest day of the year for them even though some of the items were perishable food. Their prices were extremely reasonable and it was obvious they were personally invested in getting it right. My girlfriend even commented that the delivery person was excited to see how she liked the gift. All around great experience

The website is easy to navigate, with lots of fun gifts.
Karen's basket was hand delivered at no extra charge.
She just loved the bottle of champagne, plus the other goodies.
