Gallery At Lands End

This place is a gem! Stumbled upon this place because we had coffee next-door. The owner greeted us with a smile and told us that all of the stuff in the store is made by local artists. Everything in the store was high-quality and pleasing to the eye. There's frames for pictures, and assortment of handmade jewelry, handmade Bath and body items, also dog collars. Check it out if you're in the north PB area.

I wanted to get a mat recut for new larger photo print. I had a Michael's frame and mat. I was recommended to Gallery at Land's End by Social PB FB group. Wow. What a job they did. At first I just wanted the mat cut but I realized from past experience it's kind of a pain to get the pic into the frame right, centered properly and dust free. Thane advised me on how the print should be positioned. I finally said please go ahead & do it for me. My FAVORITE place to buy all my gals birthday gifts. They have the most eclectic jewelry options - and it's always changing! The prices ranges are from around $20 - $100 so there is something for everyone. 10/10 would recommend stopping in this cute shop if you are around the area.

I've had Gallery at Lands End frame multiple portraits for me and they have always done a great job. They have a neat shop and support local artists too. Ideal small business to support.

My friend at work recommended Gallery At Lands End for a framing project I needed to take care of. I've been a local to this neighborhood for years, so was happy to realize there was a hidden gem right down the block. I'm so glad I visited this warm, friendly, really neat shop. This my go to for gift shopping. Jewelry, pottery, baby items, blown glass, candles and beautiful wood working. All locally made. It is a must shop for the holidays.

Thayne made us a custom frame for a peice of art we got from Thailand! It's awesome!! Compliments the art perfectly:) he does an AWESOME job!!

Gallery's is an exceptional local business here in PB. They sell and display a variety of different peices of art created by local artists, including art created by Thayne, the owner (who is super nice, by the way). In addition, they sell one-of-a-kind candles, coasters, jewelry, cards towels, and more - generally made by San Diego or California companies. I live in Pacific Beach and although walk by here often have never been inside. That was until I graduated and needed to get my doctoral diploma framed. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me out immensely when selecting a custom frame for my diploma. They also had a much larger selection of frames than I would have expected. The finished product turned out great, and was finished extremely quickly.

I needed to frame a diploma, so I stopped in here recently. I was helped out by a friendly older woman who helped me pick a frame. I liked working with her since I could tell she wan't trying to sell me on anything and just wanted to make sure I was happy.

When I picked up the diploma, there was a little piece of something inside the glass - almost not worth fixing - but she cheerfully offered to take the glass off to remove it, and it was ready later that day. I'm not a frame expert, but it looks really nice.

I stopped in yesterday with an urgent need to have a stained glass panel framed for an event later that night and Thayne was able to get the job done without any problems. I can't even describe how much this saved the day for me. The pricing was great even though it was a rush job and he had never worked with me before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will never use another frame shop again.

I have been in to this framing shop repeatedly, to frame both personal pictures and pictures to hang in my business. As a customer not familiar with framing, the service and guidance each time is top notch.

I had a custom mirror made for me at Gallery at Land's End and I have to say I am very impressed! The owner was extremely helpful and patient when it came to making my selection and I am more than satisfied.

There is also a great selection of hand made earrings available from Noon Designs. After I made my choice on the frame for my mirror, I purchased two sets of the earrings as well!

I will definitely be back to the Gallery at Land's End the next time I need something framed or if I am looking for a unique gift.

Gallery at Land's End is more of a framing shop than a gallery. Its selection pales in comparison to a lot of the galleries in La Jolla, but this gallery specializes in custom framing. Of course buying a frame is a lot cheaper, but if you have a fancy shmancy piece of art work then by all means take advantage of their professional framing services. It will cost at least $70, but prices range.

When I visited the shop there was a little old lady working who was very cute and friendly and really into to what she does. That is always a nice thing to see.
