Dr. Selassie's advice after her analysis of my debilitating lower back pain was the best I received after visiting two surgeons and other pain management professionals. I'm continually grateful for her advice that that allowed me to stop steroid and other painkillers and resume normal activities. In short, I believe medicine is not an exact science but requires the analysis, experience and smart sense that Dr. Selassie brings to her work.

When I first met dr. Selassie I had been in so much pain and every doctor I went into just threw painkillers and opiates at me dr. Selassie was different she cared she got me off of debilitating painstaking opiate addiction drugs and put me on the regiment where I can manage my pain and my injury without destroying my life what a great doctor what a great tension to detail and what a wonderful person

This doctor has a bad attitude and she treats her employees like CRAP!! She has different employees constantly, very unstable when it comes to keeping a good worker. The most professional and courteous employee I've seen work there was a Medical Assistant, that worked there in 2007. All of a sudden, she was fired because she inquired about her health & dental benefits. Anyhow, this doctor is ALWAYS LATE. Shes stuck up and looks at you as if you're beneath her. Shes very unprofessional, during your examination, she will talk to you about her husband Robert Johnson..."The Lawyer"...very unprofessional

I totally agree with Mark. Carla Silber, if you only known her for a short period of time, please don't make it seem like Mr. Mark doesn't know what he's talking about and/or have experience. Frankly, I've experienced the same thing from Selassie. This was back in 2006-2008. She treated the medical assistants like they were nothing and also beneath her as well as her employees. I did hear her speak of her husband Robert Johnson as well when she was in the examination room with me...not that I was trying to listen but apparently HE was caught cheating and HE wanted a divorce and she was pleading

She was only late once in the six times I've seen her.. She has had the same employees since I've been seeing her- about six months. I never heard of her husband and didn't. Know, until I asked, whether Selassie was her original name.. I've never experienced her being "high-handed" as the gentleman complained of.
My visits to her have resulted In reduction of pain in my lumbar region from lumbar stenosis.
I have found her to be respectful, engaging and willing to take time to listen. If anything ,she seems very patient with her employees who seem to run to her with questions all the time.. I
