Rude, incompetent,unfriendly front desk.
They schedule your appointment then reschedule it, then you come in but they say you don't have an appointment and dont apologize or try to offer solution. They don't call with lab results but then they call you 2 months later and very rudely say you should've called them back to check on your labs. When they call to confirm your appointment and you don't answer right away they call your emergency contact which freaks your contact out.I have never in my life dealt with such unfriendly and rude front desk people. The doctor herself is nice and good but I

Worst experience ever. Every single time I have been to this place. It feels like I’m in a movie scene from walking dead. The last appointment I went in for a annual physical examination and all my doctor did was listen to my lungs. Never asked any health questions, never made eye contact with me. The conversation/visit lasted maybe 2 minutes. I’m never going back. I don’t trust my health concerns in the hands of this practice.

This place should be shout down, the front desk is the rudes,nastiness people I have ever come in contact with I would not recommend anyone to come here . The front desk makes you feel uncomfortable when you come in. There is no friendliness at all no smiles nothing. They treat you like another number. I rather go to the hospital to be seen and wait for hours instead of having to deal with the nastiness and the unprofessionalism and the snottiness everytime I come here. If I could give no stars I would 1 star is for a clinic who is trying and working on building great environment and respect for

Well.... You know i wanted to believe all these nice reviews BUT when i tried it last week these comments didn't make me feel any of what they described, it was really the other way around. For sure this is my 1st and only time coming here. (No one has called with lab results mind you I had a UTI and when i was feeling better or so i thought i called to get meds sent in the morning and the Dr. couldn't send it until the afternoon- After me calling to follow up) I'm only giving it 2 stars because at least the person that picked up to make my appointment made it for when i needed it. Thank you.

My first appointment with Dr. Ansari I was a little apprehensive because I’ve put off going to the doctor for a while. Shortly, after speaking with her and expressing my concerns I had a sense of relief. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she’s extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They’ve got a lifetime patient now!

The little clinic was excellent, when I came people were quietly watching the funny show that had on that really entertained me. Afterwards, the staff showed great concern and lots of sympathy for each client that walked in.
I was informed of the flu that I had was given so time off to rest. Also was given the correct prescription to treat the flu.
10 out 10 would recommend. Great job ladies keep up the excellent work.

I drove all the way from Houston for an appointment here. I called the day prior to see if they had any availability and they quickly penciled me in for the following day. The receptionist are very through and kind. The physician was clear and concise; she instantly put my prescription in and I was ready to pick it up after my appointment. I plan on making this my primary care clinic.

My appointment was at 11:30 for my medical exam to be sent to USCIS on a Wednesday. I was told it would take an hour and as I am attending the appointment during a normal working week it sounded ideal.
I waited in the doctors office for over an hour before being seen, once I was, it was slow and even when I informed her I am running behind, there was no change.
So in the end I waisted nearly an hour and 45 mins of my life.
Very disappointed. Will not return.

Probably the worst practice you can go to get a wellness check up. Since I got new insurance for the year I was unable to go to my prior physician. Instead, I found Dr. Ansari listed under my health insurance. Showed up to my well check up and she was kind, but didn't really ask all the questions she should've. Also did not inform me that my blood test would be out of office. I went to the front staff and got my paper to get my blood test at Quest and then she informed me that Dr. Ansari would like me to come in again to go over my blood results once it's back from the lab. I came in with high blood pressure in April refered by the ER. Dr Ansari prescribed me medication. It worked thank goodness. I called on 4 different occasions to refill the medication. I never had a problem. Was never told I need to keep a log or an appointment will be necessary. I called the pharmacy yesterday to refill as usual and was informed I needed to speak with the doctors office.
I called Katy Medical and was informed that I need to come in( and pay 75$) to recieve a refill. So here I am 2 weeks before payday and I am out of medication. The lady at the office said that I was supposed

I was originally turned off by this doctors office because they don't do everything in house. You have to go elsewhere for blood work etc. I also like my female primary doctor's to do pap smears but Dr. Ansari doesn't. But, I noticed that she is thorough and so is her staff. She actually looked over my blood work and recommended certain vitamins for me. And I left paperwork for the staff to send my insurance once my test results came back .When I called to remind them, it had already been done. I was relieved that I didn't have to hound them about it!

My husband and I were looking for a new PCP and I found Dr. Ansari. This was the worse mistake of our lives!!
When I called to make our appointments for our annual physicals I was told it was covered at 100%. Well I called back a few hours later and was told that they listed it as an office visit, first mistake. I then asked the gentleman, when we get our blood results back are you going to charge us for an office visit? I told him, according to United Healthcare a follow up is still part of our health and wellness visit. He says, no we won't charge you.
So we arrive at the appointment
