Because we are students' 1st choice in off-campus living, we fill up fast! To better serve you, we take new leases by appointment only. Please give us a call at 828-263-0100 for up to date availability information. You may download the Spring 2021 lease packet below if you are going to sublease for the 2nd semester.
We would like to invite you to create your Resident Services account on our RentCafe platform. You may set up reoccurring payments so that your rent will automatically be paid each month. You will need to choose a date from the 1st thru the 5th for the payment to be made. Payments made after the 20th of the month must be made in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
