This company has been awesome. I dread anything car related but they make things a breeze. After my car suddenly stopped working they were able to get it in, triage the issue, find replacement parts and get me back in my vehicle ahead of a road trip I was taking.
Most recently they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change on little / no notice.
Prices are (more than) fair and the team is friendly and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the valley.

After being told by two dealerships that I would need to leave my car for 3 days to be fixed with no loaner car I finally called Kelly Clark. Jose was extremely kind and helpful and helped diagnose the potential problem over the phone. He got me in within a few days and my a/c was fixed in a few hours. I am now a loyal customer. They are the absolute best here! If you need an honest mechanic, this is the place. Jesse and Jose are very kind and took care of me each visit. They get me in and out within a reasonable time and I never feel as if they’re trying to make money off me like other places tend to do. Also, even when there were issues on their part, they owned up to it and resolved it ASAP.

They said I had an oil leak that needed repaired. I took it somewhere else because they tried to charge me over $500 to get my starter replaced, and the other shop told me I DID NOT have an oil leak.
So not only are their prices way higher than everywhere else, but they blatantly lied to me.
Very unethical practice.

Jose Partida is the nicest automotive technician ever! I have an old Toyota and I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I took my car there because it wouldn't start and I had to get a jump. Jose was very friendly from the beginning, asked a lot of questions, and within minutes was able to diagnose my car. I had been panicking mentally because I though it would be an expensive fix like the alternator. Turned out the battery connectors were loose (thanks to the guy who originally installed the battery). It was a cheap fix but Jose didn't charge me a dime! He said it was a Christmas

These guys are absolutely the best to deal with! Jose is the man you want to ask for and let him know you read this review. I am a father from out of state and have used this business on behalf of my daughter in Phoenix on several occasions since she relocated there. Jose has been the most honest, most competent, and his desire to do the absolute best for the customer and then go above and beyond, has amazed me! You don't find this kind of service in the automotive business! You owe it to yourself to have the peace of mind that I have and even from miles away. Excellence is so rare these days.

Like always, had a great experience dropping my vehicle off. Jesse & Jose had everything ready to go for my emissions work today, price quoted and a bottle of water for the ride home. So trustworthy and explains everything in detail. Been coming here for over 6 years even though it's 25 miles away from me. They're awesome!
