Pre-sheetrock inspections take place during the construction of a residential home. It takes place right before the insulation is installed and the structure of the building is sealed off permanently. The purpose of a pre-sheetrock inspection is to simply ensure the structure and foundation work of the house is done properly.
Most respectable builders stand behind their work. In the spirit of the same, most builders these days offer at least a 12 month warranty on the residential properties that they construct. While it may seem like nothing can go wrong with a property that is less than a year old, the reality is quite different and disappointing.

As first time home buyers, we hired Mike to perform our home inspection on the house we were purchasing. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped guide my husband and I through the process, explaining everything to us very in great detail. He was professional, punctual and provided a thorough house inspection. He remained in contact with us even after the purchase of our home to ask if we had any questions or needed anything. Mike is extremely punctual and was an excellent value. He crawled every inch of the home I am buying and noted everything down to the nails on the roof. He certainly is not afraid of work or getting dirty. His final reports are extremely detailed and full of example pictures. I would not hesitate to recommend msj to anyone who needs an inspection.

Hired for a condo inspection, me as a single mom looking to make a wise purchase for my family, Mike did a thorough job, great pictures and details. Mike is very punctual and professional. He did an extremely through job on our home inspection. Our appliances were delayed and not hooked up for the initial inspection. At no additional charge, Mike came back out the following week after the appliances were hooked up to ensure they were working. Scheduling, payment, and downloading the final report were all very easy and fast. Final report was easy to read and very detailed. Highly recommend MSJ Home Inspections to other homebuyers and will be using them for our 10 month warranty inspection.

As a new home buyer, I was anxious to make such a larger purchase, but Mike was able to ease my worries. He scheduled my home inspection with short notice.
