Our goal is to ensure that our memory care residents are leading lives filled with happiness, meaning, and purpose. To promote residents' well-being in our memory care community, the Birches has devised the Birches Structured Day, an organized yet flexible daily routine that fosters social engagement and growth for our memory care residents.
We want our residents to feel comfortable and secure in their homes, so we take various steps to ensure everyone's safety. If an emergency occurs, we want to make sure that our team members are prepared. Our residents and our team participate in regular safety drills such as tornado and fire drills.

Iām beyond grateful for the people at The Birches Assisted Living! The team members who work with my parents are caring, compassionate & always willing to go to extra lengths to ensure their safety, comfort & well being. After reading the reviews I was leery but called anyway. The gatekeeper who answered the phone would not transfer me to sales until I answered a bunch of questions. In business if someone asks for your sales dept you transfer them quickly otherwise you lose the perspective customer and your customer acquisition costs goes up.....just like it did with me.

My mother recently moved her from another facility. The care and concern that has been shown to her and our family has been exceptional. The move in process, even in the midst of Covid, was made easy. I am continually impressed by how kind and caring all the members of the team are. They genuinely seem to like their jobs--which was not the experience that we had previously. The communication with staff is excellent. The attitude of the staff at the Birches really sets them aside. Working with an aging population seem to be their passion and residence truly feel like family and at home. Size of an assisted living community can also affect ones experience. At The Birches everyone knows the residents and family member names.
