This company is a joke. Routinely leave us without coverage (even before covid). Had a nurse fall asleep on shift, pulse ox was alarming and we had to go in and wake the nurse up. Called and the woman in charge told me “oh she was probably just resting her eyes”. Try to get help from other people in charge and no one wants to take responsibility. “Oh that’s not my department”

I am honored to work for Independence Plus. IPI is a company that provides a positive environment for its employees and patients that it serves. I learned early on that IPI does the right thing for its patients, not just what makes sense financially. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be for families dealing with a loved one, with a chronic illness. There are many challenges in making sure they receive the much needed care, to remain safely at home. I know that should any of our patients have issues, IPI will go out of our way to resolve it.

My family has been using Independence Plus for nursing services for 3 months. Our nurse has become part of our family. She is passionate and dedicated to my son. I don’t know how we would manage without her. You can tell that she cares deeply for our family, especially my son. We were advised ahead of time that there may be times that they would be short staffed should our nurse need off or get sick. My family and I had a plan should this happen. The compassion the staff has shown has been amazing. Thank you Independence Plus!

I wish I can give full five stars but I am extremely disappointed. Terrible!!! Some of these nurses give the worse attitude. One nurse rolled her eyes at me when I didn’t understand something her name was Melanie. Please Independence Plus, do better and train your workers to be more respectful. Thank you.

I am a nurse here and they are top rate. They train their nurses very well on each specific patient and ensure that they provide exceptional care. Also they take care of their nurses by respecting them and working with them. If you are looking for high quality nursing care, IPI is the company to go to.

Independence Plus is a wonderful agency with amazing and loving staff members who are willing to help you with anything you need. I recently relocated out of state and I will miss everything about IPI. They provide continue education which is a plus for us nurses. IPI gave me the opportunity to tremendous expand my nursing skills and to be able to be where I am today. In addition, management staff are very kind and always there for you. I highly recommend IPI as a home care agency.

Excellent education preparation for nurses. 24/7 on call support for patients, families, and nurses. Long-term care in the home for adult and pediatric patients with complex medical and respiratory needs. IPI patients utilize all of our nurse’s skills and keep you critically thinking to prevent them from going back to the hospital!
