Growing up as a child, I remember my father painting vehicles in our garage at night. This happened after working all day at his own body shop. We used to have GTOs lined up in front of our house where he would do lot damage for the local dealerships at night. Then in the mid 1980's I would work for my father after school.
In an effort to go GREEN we became more conscious of the environmental impacts that our business has on the environment. We recently upgraded to the AWX Waterborne Paint System by Sherwin-Williams. Keeping in mind that many of our customers are environmentally conscious, we've switched to a waterborne paint system to lower VOC emissions during your vehicle repair while using less material and reducing waste.

When the authorities arrive, ask for the investigating officer's name and contact information. Also ask for the accident report number so you can follow up. Obtain the name, address, phone number, drivers license number, plate number, and insurance information of any other drivers involved in the accident.

Joe Mckenna and his crew run a very organized shop. My 2003 Ford F250 arrived as a stolen recovery, Daniel Escobar talked with me in great detail over the process to be executed in the upcoming days. To my surprise one week later i show up to the shop for pickup with Lee Abenoja greeting me at the front door, quickly gets down to the buisness end and explains in detail the paperwork process between shop and insurance company coverage. Amazing experience! Made me feel super at ease with during a stressful situation.
My car was vandalized so I came in for an estimate and was promptly greeted by Melanie at the front desk. She was super professional and attentive and was able to call up Lee to do my estimate. I called Golden West because the reviews looked so great. We needed to replace the broken glass rear window panel on our old pickup truck. Melanie told us to drive down and they could get us an estimate. I was very impressed with the clean business exterior and COVID precautions. Joe, the owner, met me outside with a warm and friendly welcome. When I mentioned we needed the truck back by the next day, he went inside and made a quick call. Not only was he able to locate the perfect panel, he said they would install it before the end of the day. Within two hours, the job was complete. It looks great

Golden west Collision center has been around a long time. I have had many cars, and many car repairs performed by Golden West. The best thing about Golden West is its culture. Joe, and his staff are very friendly, and easy to interact with. This quality makes it easy to do business with them. Body work is an art form, the car will never be the same as when it rolled off the assembly line, but golden west does a good job getting as close to perfect as possible. One of the women who runs the front counter was rude to me every time I came in. She was snarky as well as at one point when I had given her my rental car keys only to be told that the car paint would take another day to fix a blemish that I could keep the rental, that I was lying and never gave her the keys. I explained that I just had handed them… to her and the ones she had on the counter were not mine. She called me a liar and then after more back and forth said "Oh! You were with Hertz!" like it was my fault and gave me the keys without an apology. My first experience with her was the

My car was sideswiped in a hit and run accident and I brought my car to Golden West. Joe and his team did a fantastic job with my car. All the panels were affected in the accident and after the repair, the car looks brand new. You can't even tell it was ever in an accident. Because of the amount of damage it took a couple of weeks to fix. They kept me up to date every step of the way so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. The car was ready to the date that they estimated. I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with my car again!

Do Not Come Here!!! I would never going back to use their services. A year ago they replace my rear door, and was a terrible service, they complete the work in a month because they do a very bad job painting the door. And during the raining season we notice water into rear interior leak. You are the worst service ever.
