As we do with all our clients, as soon as the rent is collected at the beginning of the month any operational costs are deducted and the remaining funds will, with your request, be deposited into an account of your choosing or a company check mailed out to you.Rent is mailed to our PO Box in which we provide self-addressed and stamped envelopes for our tenant's convenience.
