Peripheral nerve injuries, neuropathies, radiculopathies (most commonly numbness and tingling of the arm/hand/leg/or foot). Concussion is a brain injury defined by the Concussion in Sport Group as "a complex pathophysiological process affecting the brain, induced by biomechanical forces" and resulting "in the rapid onset of short-lived impairment of neurological function that resolves spontaneously".
Videonystagmography (VNG) allows us to carefully look at specific eye movement that would not be seen with the naked eye, as they relate to brain function. Different regions of our brain control different types of eye movement, pupillary response and optokinetic function and testing these eye movements is one of our greatest windows into brain function.

Started going here as I was new to the area and the staff was very friendly. Once speaking with Dr. Kalapp he assessed my situation and we got to work. I am now feeling much better. The thing I like most about this place is he told me now that I am feeling better I don’t need to go as often at we can now just do maintenance visit. Most places I have gone in the past try and make you keep going for longer just to collect checks. I would highly recommend this place great staff and DRs.

Dr. Kalapp and his team are the most wonderful people! Very compassionate, professional, sweet and determined. I am an unusual case with 6 herniated and bulging disc's. They are so determined to give me pain relief! They have helped me a lot and I really appreciate their determination. Also they make you feel like you're family.

I was in a lot of pain on a daily basis prior to being treated at Neural FX Chiropractic. I also had a very difficult time walking and sitting for an extended period of time. I highly recommend Dr. Kalapp! He is the best! I know what I'm talking about. I've been to a countless number of Doctors over the years for my back! I've had 3 back surgeries. I never got any relief from my pain until I met Dr. Kalapp! I thank God that I met him.
He also has the best staff in any Doctor's office! They are polite, friendly and helpful! They never keep you waiting! I just love this place!

Amazing Doctor, actually I call him Brother now. I told him he saved me from having a 4th back surgery with his techniques and state of the art equipment. Also His staff is not friendly, but a family atmosphere. I'm a Lifer. Maintenance is why I go there rather to the surgery table again.

Dr. Kalapp is very generous with his time and knowledge. He doesn't recommend treatment you don't need. In one visit he fixed my vertigo that the neurologist had not fixed in sevetal visits. Dr. Kalapp also brought mobility back to my neck when other chiropractors and physical therapists couldn't. I highly recommend Dr. Kalapp.
