From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank all the staff and all the residents that made my sons recovery easier from beginning to end. Hathaway truly saved my life. How would I know so much? The nerve of you to say I have never stepped on your facility is ridiculous.
You told me my insurance approved 30 days. Then I get notification from them stating they only approved 6 days. You never once explained that was insurance protocol.
I have the letter from my insurance company that I can post as proof.
Nothing about this facility is luxurious.
This place is fake.
Not what it seems, at all.
This place uses false advertising! to get you in.
Don't believe anything they say.

Hathaway has saved my family. Before we found Hathaway my daughter was suffering with addiction however once we came to this facility the staff took her in and she felt comfortable and by a couple months she was ready to come back home fully recovered. My brother has been addicted for years. All our family gave up on him. Recently, he completed an inpatient residential program at Hathaway Recovery. This place is blessed and so helpful. It's very luxurious, you feel like you are on vacation at a beautiful resort. Hathaway Recovery staff is very helpful, understanding and supportive. They all helped him to recover and to become a human again and enjoy his life. This place also supports family members and teaches them how to deal with aftercare to prevent relapse. I came to Hathaway Recovery on court orders stemming from charges due to not taking medications for my mental health. I was fearful of what my future held and what that would look like. I have never been to a dual diagnosis treatment program before, and I didn't know what to expect. I really didn't think I had a substance abuse problem but after about 3-4 weeks of group therapy and the counselors here at this facility, I finally realized substance abuse influenced me to not be able to take care of my mental health. Hathaway truly saved my life. I am so grateful to have had an opportunity to go there. I came in at absolute rock bottom, 9 rehabs later and countless sober livings. I was a client of this facility for two months. It's a well equipped team of great doctors, nurses, and staff. They're very thorough with my program and expectations throughout the duration of my stay. Everything is included (food, essentials, etc) The directors of the program are really there for the clients, making sure each client gets their needs met. There are some great recreational things to do outdoors; pool, spa, basketball court, batting cage, grill, corn hole, darts, and playground.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank all the staff and all the residents that made my sons recovery easier from beginning to end. My son started 10 day detox and was so happy . He looked healthy and happy and after 10 days he extended his stay to another 3 weeks. He has been clean for 7 months now - my family and I are so thankful that we found Hathaway Recovery. Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I had looked more into this place before going there last December, but I was desperate to get clean.
Sure, it's a nice big house, but that's all you're going to see. Hardly went to any AA/NA meetings and sometimes the reason was just because the house manager didn't want to drive us 15 minutes there. We rarely saw counselors, if there was one to see because Dina kept firing them all. The only things we learned were self taught by reading the NA book. There is hardly any supervision and sometimes all the clients

I personally been here for a friend and seen the facility and I love it it has everything for client, they are sweet and nice and most importantly they care for the client and family ! I love their family days it makes them together and remember why they need to get better with the help of the facility!
