Asia has long been known for its wide variety of delicious street food. Over the years, the food sold in these local markets have deservedly become well-respected in today's Asian restaurants. Boba's mission is to bring authentic Asian flavors to the greater Lewiston-Auburn metropolitan area. Boba's authentic cuisine with a local twist is rooted in our family's traditions that began in northern Thailand in the early 80's.
After migrating to the United States, our grandparents craved the unapologetic flavors and textures of true Asian food-dumplings with a crunch, spicy noodles, skewers fired over the charcoal grill, and food prepared from fresh ingredients.

At the age of 16, Zach Pratt entered into the Lewiston Regional Technical Center - Green Ladle Culinary Program. His dream was evident from the beginning when he first met Chef Dan Caron. Chef Dan believed in Zach's aspirations for a life-long career in the food industry. Zach extended his engagement with the program by volunteering his time to support catering community gatherings and fundraising events hosted at the Green Ladle Culinary Center.
Cold rice vermicelli, spring mix, bean sprout, cilantro, pickled veggies, cucumbers, Grandma's egg rolls, peanuts, served with a chili fish sauce vinaigrette, choice of chicken or tofu. Spicy udon noodles, with bok choy, shallots, bean sprouts and eggs, garnished with scallions and a lime wedge, choice of chicken or tofu.

Hands down best Vietnamese in the area, rivaling many of its competitors in town Portland. Having lived in Southeast Asia for 3 years I can tell you this place is authentic and high quality. In addition to the food they have a great selection of quality cocktails and bubble teas. If they are open and I’m driving through Lewiston, I’m making the stop. Highly recommended.

Delicious doesn’t do justice for these recipes. I’ve known the owner for a long time & this guy can cook! Food is authentic, flavorful, and brings a unique touch to the food scene here in L/A. I was in the area on training and ate here three nights in a row. The food is outstanding with bold, unique flavors. The chef clearly puts a lot of attention and thought into his recipes. I had katsu bahn mi, pork bahn mi, wok fried noodles with pork, chicken skewers, scallion pancake, kimchi and their pickles. I also had boba tea refreshers all three nights. I wish they had this place closer to where I live. While it will be a drive, rest assured I will be back.

Words cannot even describe how great the food is! I will never spend $1 on Chinese food ever again....Boba's food is the cream of the crop! I had the sampler 🥰😍😍😍😍😍 HOLY SMOKES! Not one thing was ok.....IT WAS MAGNIFICENT! My grand daughter has been bugging me for almost a year to go for a Boba drink...I finally went today and I'm so mad I didn't go sooner! EDIT: Everywhere is understaffed and we're aware as we've all experienced this pandemic. The is not the first review to say the boba was undercooked. It is not a good look to say as the white owner you felt discriminated against when being called out by a Black person for something that was very off putting. If this was the policy it should've been explained to him as other people have felt off put by this as well which is why I felt the need to share it too. Just because you have staff and a spouse who aren't white doesn't mean you are exempt for being called out for racism

This place is amazing for this area. I lived in Portland for about 6 years and ate at some of the best Asian places and Boba knocked it out of the park. I wouldn't expect a little hole in the wall in Lewiston to be as good as it was. It is definitely going to be my go to spot for Asian food in this area now.

Love Boba!! My husband works at CMMC and frequently picks it up on his way home for dinner. We have been big fans for months and truly missed the food when they were closed for a few weeks. Our favorites are the coconut shrimp, yolo noodles and bungoli Don. The bubble tea is also perfect and I love getting a thai bubble tea kick before I head into work at night. Thank you for keeping us full with such delicious food boba!!!

I was very disappointed with this place. The name is Boba so I was expecting some yummy, milk tea drinks with juicy, squishy bubbles. However, the boba was hard and almost crunchy. It was the worst boba I have tasted. Maybe it was the flavor I chose but it was pink and it tasted like children's medicine. We were visiting from San Francisco. Maybe I'm a boba snob and mabye this was just on a bad day. But the food was equally as poor. The popcorn chicken tasted like something you can microwave from the frozen department. Rice was a bit hard too. I would expect this from Panda Express

As I was enjoying my book and meal on the outside patio I looked up to see a man looking for something to drink in the garbage. My soul wept as I witnessed this gentleman drink from an opened can he found in the… trash. Before I could help this man myself an employee of Boba came out and told him “you don’t want that” and handed him a cold bottled drink.
Homelessness reached record numbers in Maine in 2020. Life can be very challenging

Wow this was delicious! I got the Ginger Tofu Bao and the Spicy Tots, it took awhile to choose because there were vegetarian options all over the place. The bao was filling but I still wanted more because it was so good. The tots were perfect with the aoli and enough to share. I want to try other menu items, but I think I'll get that bao every time I go!

Don't order delivery here because it will be cold because they leave it sitting on the table and refuse entry for pick up when others are indoors waiting for their order. You would think they would release the finished orders and have the others wait outside but the girls running the front are counter intuitive. Good food should never be served cold and no one should let food sit. Ever.

Oh. my. goodness. I can't even explain how good their food is. Everything we have had has been exceptional! We just had dim sum from them today and we couldn't stop saying, "this is so amazing." This was actually my boyfriend's and my first date spot back in 2019 and we've decided that we are equally in love with Boba as we are with each other. I highly recommend Boba. They are on their way to amazing feats in the culinary industry and we are so lucky to have them in Lewiston.

Wonderful service meets an outstanding meal! What was an impromptu stop-off became the highlight to our visit to Lewiston-Auburn. From the great deal on the strong mai tai (i had two) to the best fried wonton chips I've had, and the delicious dumplings, bao, pad thai, and everything else, I promise I will visit here again!

I wanted to go someplace new on my birthday, and chose Boba because it was close and the reviews were good. It was a good choice! My husband and I ordered a variety of food to share. We thought the rangoons were okay, the dumplings and banh mi were pretty good and the street corn and coconut shrimp were the BOMB! I left craving more of the shrimp, but didn't have enough room. Boba deserves all 5 stars. Do they have some work to continue doing, yes. But what makes it so great is the Chef And Owners personality match the food perfectly.
Chef Zack is as "bubbly" as the tea, his partner and wife, as sweet as can be :) He is hands on for all the food that leaves his humble kitchen. Most of his menu items are scratch made and you can taste it.
I had quite the variety on my most recent trips, from the beef and chicken satay, to the chicken curry dumplings and all the way to the Pho. Loved it all!
The food reminded me of similar restaurants in NYC that serve Pho

I like the open, spacious layout and the visible kitchen. The cooks had great communication and moved in perfect sync with each other.
And my server, Taylor, she was a bright, golden ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy day. She listened to what I was looking for and made terrific menu suggestions. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and 100% recommend this fine place for your next adventure's mealstop.

I am absolutely in LOVE with Boba. The food is sooooo amazing, the staff are kind and attentive. Everyone down there gives top notch service but our favorite server is Taylor because she goes above and beyond to provide an unforgettable experience. She is always attentive and engaging and she knows all the dishes inside and out.
Every time we leave we comment how great it is there. We go there sometimes 3 to 4 times a week, traveling to Boba from all the way in Portland because they are just THAT good.

We just had dinner at the best place.The owners were perfect host and was so helpful and Made is a couple things off the menu . This was so special to us as we love visiting Thailand and the food was. Authentic and very Yummy!

Great new addition to Lisbon street! Was very impressed by the menu; it has a lot of diversity! The chicken curry dumplings were great, they came doused in a delicious coconut sauce!
My friend had the poke bowl, which was definitely nothing special but was solid and something that was previously difficult to find in L/A.
